Jack installed gas line in a few hours with minimal damage to basement ceiling. Town inspector failed to issue permit due to minor problem. Jack came back and fixed the problem. and town issued permit. He also helped connect the grill to gas line. All additional work was done without additional charges. Jack stuck to his original estimate. His price was considerably lower than quotes from other plumbers. I was toally satisfied with his work and price.

Hot water heater install. Install was ok but after 6.4 years the hot water heater died (standard is 8-12 years). I understand lots of factors (like water quality) come into play but when I called back in 2011 not real interested in working with me to ask vendor to kick in something for the replacement. Only 4 months passed the warranty I would expect them to work a bit harder to get some compensation from the manufacturer for a lemon heater. Very happy to install the same one although I had to wait, even thought water shooting all over my floor..... Best of all asked them to schedule me for first available appointment but since water was shooting from my heater I was going to try and find someone that could come asap. For some reason (i missed their call by 30 minutes) they cancelled my appointment because they THOUGHT i might find someone else and they had other jobs coming in. Overall seems like company that works via insurance, volume not quality, no follow up if what they install has an issue in my case. Lots of plumbers out there so find someone that is not an "install and run" kind of company. Very unprofessional response to my quality issue - something they install, barely passing the warranty period, shooting water - dont call us, we will call you..... Find someone else.
