+ 0 moreHave used them over roughly 4 times in 20 years never quivered over pricing. Called for service on there existing work that started leaking, told was $150 service charge and would be deducted from bill. Problem is this company now has astronomical prices they wanted $650 to replace the brass elbows they put on my peck cost to shut off water wow I can do that cut peck put new plastic elbow to fix rip off avoid at all costs there are plenty more plumbers around that will treat you fair.
Description of Work: Them to repair there work they did.

The customer service was outstanding, all services exceeded my expectations and the personal courtesy was present throughout the entire job. This is the 2nd time I have used Frey's Plumbing, I certainly will recommend and continue to use their dependable expertise.
Description of Work: Plumbing: pressurized well tank, new switch, filter changed, regenerated water softener, coil cleaning, installation of basement float pump and new faucet for sink.

+ -1 moreA piece of screen fell in my toilet and I called Frey to come unclog it for me. The plumber came right out and fixed it but I found their pricing to be pretty high for a straight forward repair. It seems they just pick a price and hope you'll pay it. There was quite a bit of attitude from the plumber who came and by the end I felt like I was bargaining to get a lower price and it was still over priced. I probably would not use them again.
Description of Work: Unclogged my toilet.

Description of Work: I have been using Frey for a couple of years now to do general maintenance and had them install a new oil boiler and hot water tank last year. They are very responsive, show up on time, and do good work.
