What seems to be a great company turned out to be so unprofessional and a waste of time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We received a letter in the mailbox for this company. I would have never called this company because I have never heard of them before, but I figured I would give them a shot. So, on August 31st, I called to schedule to get a quote. The owner came out on the 1st and again on the 3rd. This was to give a quote for both me and my neighbor who wanted to trim and remove trees. We scheduled an appointment for the 5th to come and start the job. However, he had to cancel because his crew couldn’t do it. That should have been my warning that this company was going to be a HUGE red flag. The owner rescheduled the job for Thursday September 8th at 9am. So, I canceled my day to make sure that I was here. However, come 9am on Thursday the 8th, no one showed up. I waited a few hours and called, the receptionist said he was running late and should be there shortly. However, we waited all day and never received a call or have anyone show up. This is so unprofessional and not to mention a waste of time. How does one run a business and just not show up to not one, but TWO jobs. Since the 8th of September, we have called constantly. The receptionist who answered the phone kept telling me that the owner would call me back. HE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK, EVER!!!!! I called again today, the 19th and was finally told that they are too busy and do not have time for me. How does a company run like this. I got my neighbor as a customer as well for him. NOT ONLY DID HE WASTE MY TIME, BUT HE WASTED MY NEIGHBORS TIME AS WELL. We were constantly lied to saying that they were coming and never showed up. If you like your time wasted and being lied to this is the company for you. Otherwise, I would stay clear.

The quality of work was excellent. They were professional and has a reasonable price.

Energy Tree Service (ETS), Somerset County did an "excellent" tree cutting and stump removal job at an affordable price at my home. They were prompt, professional and friendly. ETS worked well as a team removing 7 large trees. ETS also did a good clean up job and planted grass seeds where their equipment wore off grass on my lawn. Energy Tree Service earned a 5 Star rating from me! I would definitely use them again if needed as well as recommend ETS to others.

They were very good and quick. They were able to help me with the service quickly.

They were on time. They were very efficient and they cleaned up the job site. I had no complaint and I would hire them again. Their price was reasonable.

Energy responded quickly to a request I made on Angi's for tree removal. The service was great and the cost was reasonable. They worked as quickly as safety would permit, as some of the trees were extremely close to the house. Property clean up was excellent. I would definitely hire this company again
