Jon and Rich were excellent. The installation went well and they left my basement spotless after the job was completed. Jon took time to explain how to manage the humidifier via the iComfort thermostat which I already had with my Lennox Dave Signature furnace and AC condenser.

It was excellent. I used to be in real estate and he has probably done over 75 jobs for me over the years. I get to work with the owner directly. He has a couple of techs but he will always pick up the phone. He is very good about answering questions. They are not cheap but they are very fairly and competitively priced. They are absolutely excellent with service in emergencies. If he says that he will be at my house at 2 pm, he is there at 2 pm always. I've used him for probably 22 years. I also use them for my personal residence as well and I live in a half million dollar home.

Our A/C is finally working, I am happy with the service.

Scheduling was easy and the technician showed up when scheduled. We did not know in advance that the cost of the service call was $130 and should have asked about that when scheduling. The cost of replacing the thermostat was another $130, which seems reasonable. The problem has not been resolved, however, and the air temperature in the house continues to fluctuate widely even with minimal changes in the thermostat setpoint.
