I worked with David Hull from Sherlock Home Inspectors on 3 separate home inspections, back in 2003 and again in 2017. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all the questions I had throughout this stressful process. I requested to work with him again because I remember how thorough and meticulous he was with my first home purchase. He took his time assessing the home and spent a lot of times answering questions and concerns I had about the home and the process. David presents all the issues to the buyer so that they can make an informed decision. He was patient, friendly, and explained things that were helpful to the buyer. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. It is clear that he cares very much about making this process safe for the buyer and goes the extra mile to help. He has a critical eye and saved me from making a potential money pit for my 2nd home. David discovered several major issues with the house that I fell in love with that I was willing to overlook many things. I am thankful that he presented all the information so it would help me make the best choice for my family and me.
