I was so impressed with her level of service and dedication that there was no question that she would handle the sale of my home and purchase of a new home, when I got married two years later. The unique thing about Kathleen is that she approached both home purchases (whether on a budget or buying my dream home) with the same commitment to excellent customer service. She listened to my individual needs, respected my time by fine tuning our search, returned all of my phone calls immediately, had recommendations for resources such as inspectors, attorneys...and always provided the highest level of confidence that all aspects of the transaction were buttoned up. Kathleen is not just a Real Esate Associate. She has become a well respected friend and colleague of mine.
Description of Work: Kathleen Falco and her Team originally assisted me with my relocation to the Northern New Jersey area. Kathleen came highly recommended to me by my Sony Electronics Corporate Relocation Representative. She worked tirelessly on finding me a home in the best area within my price range. This no easy feat as it took 6 months and a tremendous amount of patience on Kathleen's end to make this happen. When I decided to sell and purchase a new home, two years later, there was no question that I would use Kathleen.
