About us

Our mission starts with how we propose your custom new home building construction project. We want and prefer you see the phase-by-phase costs we incur from permit to clean up. When you receive our proposal, you will notice that we proposed a cost plus a fee pricing, usually referred to as just “cost plus,” or “open book”. This is defined by adding two components together: Costs the builder incurs to deliver the scope of work + Builder’s fee for delivering the scope of work at builder’s cost. Open book provides the transparency missing from a lump sum price. It allows you as the client, to share in the benefits that come from 0% markup on material and subcontractors. Every two weeks you receive and budget vs actual spreadsheet allowing you to apply savings to other scopes that may have been cost prohibitive.
