Great service problem was found and fixed promptly pleasant and curtious throughout Thanks to Zak and his co worker.

Skyline Construction Group visited to repair slipped tiles and replace a fallen tile, they arrived on time, explained what they had done and were very efficient. They have returned today to clear the guttering and check the down pipes are clear and I was pleased to see them as they are a great team.

Zak visited my property before carrying out the works needed informed me what they would be doing and how long it would take. Both very polite and friendly.They returned the next day at the time they had said completed the works to a high standard.

Zak visited yesterday to fix roof damage from storms pre-lockdown. Not only did he do a great job without any fuss, he was also very sensitive to and compliant with health and safety issues and social distancing which was both impressive and reassuring. All done in a very professional and conscientious manner. Well done and thanks!

Absolute 5 star service. Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Had 4 tradesman come to quote and 3 of them came up with all different things it could be. I was told I need a complete new roof. I was told I need new lead work.Zak from Skyline Construction Group found the problem straight away a cracked tile and a rip in the felt. Done a great job at a great price. Skyline Construction Group replaced our main roof, guttering, fascias and porch roof. They did a fantastic job! Great guys, friendly service and quality workmanship!

Hired them to tear down a deck that was built over a 1st floor mudroom as an emergency exit for the tenants upstairs on a multi family property. The deck was settling on top of the roof and began to leak into the mudroom every time it rained because there was no clearance between the wood and the roofing and the water was pooling then falling through to the interior of the house. Skyline construction group demoâ d the entire thing in one day and prepped the new footings for the new deck (previous footings were slabs of wood and not built to code). Day 2, they built the new deck and staircase. Day 3 they finished the railings and inspection. The total cost was 6800 dollars which might be a little more than I was quoted elsewhere... But I ultimately trusted this company over others. They were professionals. Itâ s the little things that add up and make the experience better. Bringing a tablet and a keyboard attachment for paperwork and signing documents electronically. Calling up other employees and putting them on speaker phone for a more accurate quote. Never once trying to turn one job into 10 jobs or pretend the world was exploding and we needed more money to save the day. Just a smooth process beginning to end. Will hire again. We are MORE than satisfied with Skyline. Zack came out and quickly covered the damage on our roof and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and always answered my calls and text. From when the crew arrived till they left I was TOTALLY impressed with the Crew. They have a very strong work ethic and need to do the job the right way. I am a perfectionist and Iâ ll tell you I could not find any problems. The roof is perfect and they completely cleaned up after themselves. There is NOT one mark from any shingles on the house. In this day and age of companies doing jobs, and the workers they hire, you never know what you will get. Iâ ll tell you, you WILL be pleased with this company and crew. Would - and have - recommended Skyline Construction Group. From the first visit with Zack to the last team pulling away, all were extremely nice, professional and thorough. Zack worked with my insurance company to help minimize my out of pocket expenses - he did a fabulous job. I had significant damage to my roof, fascia, and soffits. I was given a start date. When I arrived home from work on the that date, the first team was almost done with my roof. A few days later a second team arrived to complete the fascia, soffit and gutter portion of the job. It was a real challenge. I had numerous raccoon, squirrel and bird nests in the soffits. Nothing seemed to bother these guys. They just took it in stride and moved forward with the repairs. They were great. I look forward to their return in December to replace my exterior doors...another challenge for them. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!

Skyline Construction Group was a great choice for installing vinyl siding on my house. Zack and his crew were excellent in completing this project. A man who was in the painting business for over 30 years visited his mother across the street remarked to her that the vinyl siding job on my house was done perfectly. i have had other neighbors compliment me on how great the house looks with the vinyl siding. Zack and his crew went the & beyond the extra mile in sprucing up painting areas that needed repainting. Zack was also excellent, and prompt in answering my questions about my vinyl siding installation. Hats off to Skyline Construction Group team. I found this company through Angies list. They came highly rated, and they didnt let me down! I had an odd roof situation, with which Zack, my main contact, helped me right out with a solution. Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries.

I was very impressed on the timeline from the initial email to the completion the job. I sent an email Thursday morning around 10:00am, before 1:00pm there was a representative at my house with literature and samples. When I arrived home from work on Friday there was a dumpster and materials in the driveway. On Saturday when I came home the job was completed. Two neighbors made comments to me on how hard and fast this crew worked.
