+ -1 moreI called on a Saturday afternoon and he was nearby but refused to come. He said he had other plans, and was not even supposed to be there. Seems rather unusual for a locksmith...should be available if they answer the phone.
Description of Work: Not service-oriented. He refused to come even though he was nearby. He was a little nasty about it, he said "I have other plans for things I want to do today. I'm not even supposed to be here right now."

+ -1 moreI called them one night because I could not get in one of the locks and they came right away and re-aligned the lock for no charge. They also helped set the combination to the safe. Nice people.
Description of Work: I bought a safe from them. They delivered it because it was so heavy. After I had contractor's here for months, I wanted my locks changed. They came within the hour and changed the locks. They also changed the plates on my front door and gave me 8 keys that were $10 a piece and 8 other keys.
