So I met the owner through a friend and decided to use him for our new furnace 1 year ago. Everything was installed. No haggling of prices or anything. He was unable to set up the thermostat, so I did that. He also was supposed to set up a filter...never did that. So moving forward, the AC stopped worked on a Sunday. I call him and let him know. Mind you the temp was about 90 with 85% humidity. He states **** let me know when he can come. He calls me the next day and stated he would need to order a part (hasn't't even checked the system yet). He arrives 3 days later with the part to repair something he had not looked at yet. He calls me and tells me the wiring was reversed on the machine. Really? How could that be since you installed it?? No response. So he leaves and I start monitoring the AC. It continues to run for hours and the temperature is not dropping. I text him pics and no response. I call and it goes to voicemail. As I'm waiting I decide to investigate my self. I raised the temperature on the thermostat to turn the system off and the blower was running continuously. He wired it wrong again!!! He became belligerent at this point and was asking "who do you think your talking to?" My response was very basic. The guy who installed this and was here today and fix it but didn't. Suffice it to say I called local source and had him come out the next morning. He replied the wiring was done incorrectly and fixed it. Jason you should be ashamed of yourself!!! Unprofessional, egotistical and simply rude! 06/19/2019 So just an update as this failure of a company continues to haunt my life. We are currently selling the house and there was an open permit. The permit was for an HVAC unit so I figured it was the one he put in. I scheduled an inspection and when the inspector got there, he stated this permit was back from 2007. So he essentially never even got permits to install the equipment and make sure it was code. I contacted Service Pro's and informed them of the situation and they came down and looked at everything. There was so many things installed improperly that the would have to schedule another day to come out and fix it all. $2500 later, all of it was installed properly and to code. Beware. He has also created different names for his companies with different cities. So Fort Lee, Edgewater, Cliffside Park, it is all the same outfit.

I got installed different system that was quoted for. When I found out, owner agreed to lower the price. It took whole day to install it even though old system was removed prior day. At the end of installation, the new system was now working in heat mode because they did not know how to program my existing Honeywell thermostat. I had to figure it out. They did not modify old air return plenum and just fitted wider air handler on top of it. Cut hole in it and pushed in 12x20 filter that is sticking out and is not sealed. When I asked about it, owner said it has to "breath" and it was not supposed to be sealed. Did not properly test for air leak and when the job was "done" I found out few days later that they did not connect air return from bedroom and left it with old material laying around. We asked multiple times about permit, but did not see one. They use HVAC tape everywhere. Even on the bottom of air handler to seal it. This company is impossible to get on the phone once you paid them. Only text message "works" but they don't get back to you anyway. They promise 5 years work warranty, but that's just false advertisement. I ma forced to hire true HVAC contractor to fix this mess. Avoid at all costs! System leaked after first hot day and A/C use.
