+ -1 moreAs he was leaving we mentioned that there was still something hanging out of the kitchen overhead air vent and asked if he could remove it. He said it was probably a piece of insulation that the mice had disturbed and would drop out next time the A/C went on. The next day it was still there so my husband climbed up on a 10 foot ladder to remove it. It turned out to be the tail of a dead mouse! Did I mention that the air vent is directly over my kitchen sink? My husband called to let them know how displeased he was and that's the last time we ever saw him. We have called at least 3 times in the past year to request preventive spraying. One time they never returned our call and the other two times we were told they were very busy and unless we had a specific problem we would have to wait. We've been waiting for a year now.
Description of Work: We had an ant problem and suspected mice in the garage and attic. We had seen the Nukem truck in the area so we called for service. He (Mike) came out promptly and seemed to do a very thorough job setting bait traps and spraying the interior and exterior with "environmentally friendly" products. We agreed to sign a 1 year service contract thinking they would make 2 or 3 visits a year to spray. When we asked we were told that they would come only if we called and requested service so it would be more convenient for us rather than have them schedule it.

+ -1 moreShowed up promptly to resolve a mouse problem. We were impressed by his knowledge of the problem and the extra measures he took to correct it. We decided to take out an annual maintenance agreement which was reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Checked attic for pests.
