Description of Work: This service was performed at my father's house following a home inspection. The provider was very attentive to the call I gave him asking to check the pressure on our boiler as well as changing a valve in the shower. The provider showed up same-day and took care of all of the necessary issues by the following day. He even tried to save us some money with a replacement part, it didn't work originally and he followed up within 24 hours. I did not have to hound him to come back and finish the issue. He clearly is an attentive provider. (I only didn't use his name because I only made the appointment but my father met him at the home.) I would absolutely use him again.

He was generally rude and unpleasant. Not an easy person to talk with. He gave us a 21 page report of why he could not be held responsible for things that he could not find in the inspection. His demeanor was almost as though he didn't want to be there.
Description of Work: He did the inspection (structural) he was checking out the house for any problems that might prevent us from buying it.
