Description of Work: We did a kitchen renovation that included new flooring as well as all new cabinets and countertops. The work required a good bit of new drywall as well. Everyone was wonderful. The work was done carefully and on time. At the end of each day the work area was cleaned up. |I was completely satisfied with the entire experience.

 + 10 moreJob was a bit of a drawn out affair from absolute start to finish due to many steps to be accomplished. Rip out and demo, installation of new wood floors, cabinet installation, granite installation, appliances install including vent over stove, drawer microwave dishwasher and stove. Electrical, Gas and water lines had to be moved to accommodate new designs. Bottom line, all was accomplished as smoothly as possible. Even though there were several unforeseen delays on our part ( family emergency) and some delivery delays or damaged replacements needed, Paul was able to work with all and our Kitchen come out beautifully.
Description of Work: New design and complete rip out and remodel of Kitchen. Provided Cabinetry and all needed for installation of custom cabinets and appliances. Included a new backsplash window and all prep needed for installation of new wood floors, quartz countertops and island, and all appliances. I feel that Paul Pankow and his crew, including his master carpenter installer Nelson Taylor fulfilled all that was promised and then some. Small changes were fairly dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner. This is the second kitchen I have had Lacey Kitchens do, first was a gift to our kids at their home in Bayville, and the second was at our home on Long Beach Island. Even though Paul and crew had to travel a distance to our home for this recent job he was easy to deal with even when there were delays or problems on my part or because of a problem with a damaged cabinet etc. I will use him again when we re do our three bathrooms with no hesitation.
