Description of Work: Joe Roberts' team was superb: timely, neat, hardworking, communicative--super easy to work with. I upgraded / replaced a 29 year old system and I believe I received good tranparent advice re energy rebates, system efficiency backed by solid office follow thru. So many times, one element of a contractors service falls short and that colors the whole experience. The office did great job as well incl scheduling my permit inspection wig there town. The on-site team led by Charles was totally in control and worked doggedly to get us up and running in by 3pm the second day. I would highly recommend Jos. Roberts & Co.

+ -1 moreI had NJR Services on contract, they said my whole gas unit was bad and needed replacing. I contacted J H Robert thru my son in law, they came out and found the pump bad and replaced it. They explained the problem and what they were going to do. I was a new customer and they came right out.
Description of Work: Condense pump was bad.
