I reached out to a bunch of firms and only a few got back in touch with me. David was one of the first and was able to squeeze me in for a same day estimate. One of the other local companies also came out same day but the entire time I felt like they were trying to sell me on so many features I didn't necessarily need. David had a pretty straight-forward, easy to understand conversation with me and then told me that they really rely on technology to be efficient. He wasn't kidding! That same night I got an invoice which I was able to quickly pay online. They followed-up the next day to confirm the installation date and then a few days later the supplies arrived. During the installation day I was not present which to be honest can be scary. But when you work with this company you can literally be half-way across the world and know how the job is going and trust they are doing what they said they would do. About half way through the day I got my first update with very thorough pictures. They marked up some of the photos to point certain things out which made it really easy to understand what they were and were not doing. At the end of the day they sent another batch of photos to show the finished product as well as some of the home to show that everything was cleaned up and back in order. This was one of the most friendly contractors I have encountered down in Brigantine and I can guarantee that any future jobs I have will go to them without hesitation. They were quick to respond, their prices were more than reasonable, the craftsmanship is there and most importantly they were easy to work with and communication was A++. I've worked with plenty of contractors on both of my homes and I have to say by far this is one of the best companies I have come across so far. Highly, highly recommend!

I found David Frank LLC on Home Advisor while researching my options. I received a call almost immediately from their representative. We scheduled a visit to go over options and what would best serve our interests and our concerns. It was a speedy process from beginning to end, they showed up, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves not leaving any of the roofing debris. The whole process was stress free, they took before and after pictures, and the communication was always open. They were professional, knowledgeable and hardworking I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
