First the good: really knew their stuff, inspected house thoroughly, and found where an animal was getting into the garage. I did agree with their price; in retrospect, I believe it was high. The siding was removed, wire mesh was put in, and siding was replaced. The siding replacement was screwed in and looked a little unprofessional. Also, they left a wire mesh box sticking out, a one-way door to allow any animal in the wall to escape. I asked about the removal and was told that when the siding was replaced to have it removed.

They were responsive and handled my issue within 24 hours after I contacted them. Very pleased with their service.

These folks wasted no time in analyzing the situation and then starting in immediately! I was very impressed with the knowledge, comprehensive coverage, and efficient work that was done. I had two major problems, animals and bugs, and within 3 days both had been handled. I can't thank them enough.

The staff was very professional and courteous. They addressed all of my concerns. I called in the morning and they came the same day to service my house. The owner called to let me know the arrival time and he stated that communication was the key to good service. I highly recommend this company!

Hornets are no fun. Especially for my wife who jumps out of her skin at the sign of a fly! So, I was really happy that the team at 1st and Goal Pest & Animal Control was on point to remove the nest and eliminate the Hornets from our backyard. Ant this was no small task as the nest was upwards of 30 feet hanging form a branch. They came up with an innovative approach using a long extension pole and swatting the nest off the branch. A quick douse with insecticide and the nest was packed up and off my property. Hats off to the team at First and Goal - you guys really came through for us. Thank you, John & Lorraine

From the initial phone call, to the customer followup, this company & team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A bat infestation in the attic is very stressful and challenging. The team found the source of entry, but also identified additional openings that evacuated bats may choose for a new site. They closed potential re-entry points, and custom-built the exit wire/tunnel & installed at the known entry point. They were thorough & have a return followup to ensure evacuation and sanitation, as well as a warranty. I know the price was comparable as neighbors had a treatment {**by another company. However, in their case their problem is not yet resolved.**} When scheduling our appointment, the time with 1st & Goal was next-day as the bats had entered our home. This team arrived during the time window stated, at the start of that time window, and completed on the visit. Their reliability and knowledge was also a great comfort in this stressful infestation.

Company was great and they did their job but definitely were over priced and I was not happy that they do not remove the raccoons from your property after paying $2000. I was not prepared for that. Definitely hurt us financially.

The response is very good. Came out the same day. Laid traps through out the house. No more mice has been noticed so far. Follow-up phone call was received. Got the bait information for my records.

Extremely professional and courteous. Diagnosed my problem accurately and rid of the raccoon within 3 days of setting tunnel trap when other companies could not. Owner is very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. I even learned a lot about the process. They also give a guarantee that they always honor. I would recommend them highly!

We had raccoon mama and babies that were living in our attic. We captured in trap ourselves but company came to take them away. They came the same day, were reasonably priced and humane.
