These 2 men were professional and knew their job. I had a large mother raccoon with her 2 babies and it was extremely hard to get them out. They were great and as gentle as they could be with the raccoons and her babies. I highly recommend them !!

It was a Saturday morning and he was out within a half an hour. He didn't just address the problem that I had noticed he even went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was gone.

Daniel was excellent to work with and comparative to all the other exterminators we spoke with, was interested in helping us solve our insect issues around our house - not necessarily locking us into a long term contract in order to provide service. He was professional and polite on the phone and during his visit. For prospective customers, we had three very nosy dogs and he was dog friendly and his insect solution was pet friendly. I would recommend him to others looking for pest service, however, he is not the cheapest option. Happy to support a local business over larger chains/franchises.

Dan answers his phone for starters, was there 10 mins early. He and his worked in my attic in the heat and humidity . These two are great would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!!! He has checked back with me several times ,answered all my questions. He came back the day after to check the attic a 2nd time. Don't hesitate to use 1st & Goal Animal Control!

Dan and Eric were very responsive. Found a live and dead bird in dryer vent. Removed dead bird, and then live bird got through vent and into house. Quickly caught live bird and then released. Cleaned out vent and then installed protective cover over dryer vent, and also protective mesh over other exposed vents on outside. Great job and would highly recommend to others who have bird/animal problems.

Best insect/pest control company we ve ever hired. Actually had ladders and climbed up on the roof to properly inspect and spray the 2nd floor. Highly recommend!

Within an hour of speaking with Dan, he was at my home and had fixed my issue (needed a birds nest removed from my vent and a new cap installed). He texted me a picture of his work, took a credit card over the phone, and sent me the paid invoice and receipt via email and text. He was quick, easy and efficient

I called Dan on Saturday and he was able to have his crew out on Monday. The guys were very knowledgeable and answered my questions about the birds that invaded my bathroom exhaust vents. They were able to remove 1 Bird that was trapped in one vent and 3 in the other without harming any of them. They did a great job and were very professional. So I highly recommend 1st and goal pest control. Thank you guys.

Amazing all around! We had an animal in our chimney. Called and they came right away! Took care of the animal and caged up our chimney to stop any other animals from getting in. Not only were they prompt, they were also so polite! They made a rather upsetting situation into a pleasant experience. This is the company to go with!!!
