Everything was explained right from the beginning and there were no surprises. Two men arrived they were very professional, very nice. It was a difficult roof they had to be on but they handled it well without complaining. It was a raccoon problem and within one day, raccoons were gone and as promised they couldnâ t get back in.

Dan showed up on time, took his time, explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He did a thorough job of setting up our house to help prevent further rodent infestation and took care in making sure our dog wouldn’t go where he put the traps. He’ll be back should we need him, and no offense, but I hope we don’t!!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Polite and not pushy. They checked the roof for all possible entry points and corrected the issues (they found three). Coming back in a month to remove traps and REINSTALL the siding the critters knocked down (the original entry). Three year warranty. Another company quoted more with only a two weeks warranty and wouldn’t fix/correct the entry points.

Rich and Danny are amazing. They are professional, efficient and very understanding. Not only did they take care of my opossum/ground hog problem but they gave me an education on these critters. I would definitely call them again.
