Dan was very easy to deal with. He came out on New Years Day! I was shocked he didn't charge me" holiday" fees. Haven't had an issue since. Very pleased

Gave Dan an emergency call on a rainy, January 1st evening because a raccoon was trapped in my home's chimney. He and an employee arrived at my house in less than an hour to safely and humanely flush the creature out of the chimney. Dan then came back the next morning to install chimney caps and wire netting over two attic vents to prevent any future unwanted guests. Dan and company were quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

I called on Sunday night, they were at my house early Monday morning. Dan was very thorough with explaining the process of what his company does and how everything works. He was very patient with me as I was on edge because I could hear the animals in the attic, he even offered to come back on Tuesday to check things out to ease my mind AND not charge me. There aren't many people with businesses doing that these days. TRUST that he knows what he is doing because he does. Hopefully, this will never happen again, but if it does this is the ONLY company I will use and refer my family and friends to. Thank you!

The guys definitely have experience with mole removal. Instead of just treating the affected area, they prepped the whole yard as they knew the moles would move to other areas. They treated my yard 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen any new holes in over a week. So happy with the results!

They were rude and disrespectful. They brought poison into the house even when I explicitly told them not to because I have pets, we tried to resolve amicably but 30 days later we have not received a response.

Chris, the service tech was very considerate and worked efficiently to complete the elimination of a bird nest inside an exhaust vent and installed two screens over two exhaust louvers.
