After speaking with them they came out the next day to remove a large bird nest, sanitized the vent and installed 3 cages on all vents to prevent the birds from returning. I was charged $800 to remove an empty squirrel's best from my porch. He also sealed the area with chicken wire, He sealed my attic fan and another spot with wire. That's all. I could be wrong but it seems the charge for the work performed was excessive.

1st and Goal Pest Control did a great job. Chris was able to come quickly to remove a bird from one of my vents. He was polite, explained every step of the process that he was going to complete along with price and cleaned up everything when he was done. Most importantly he removed the bird and completed the needed steps to prevent birds from accessing any of my vents again.

Do not recommend. Not trustworthy. Does not honor his own contracts.

Great customer service. I was contacted within minutes after submitting a request for a pest control specialist. The owner, Dan, explained to me process in a very detailed manner, gave me an instant quote (which was way more reasonable than other companies), and booked an appointment for me the following day for the morning. Dan arrived within time frame he gave me, surveyed my home, and went to work. Itâ s been 2 weeks since I hired Dan and I can happily say that my rodent problem is no more. Dan, thank you so much!
