VENTI TILE

Joe was always on time... his crew were quick and efficient... the work they did on my kitchen is outstanding. Absolutely without a doubt I would hire Joe Tracy and their crew again.

The vanity and sink, shower stall and bathroom floor look great in the gray tones. The installed pebble floor in the shower doesn't match what I picked out (see pics). I've been going back and forth with Venti for months about it and I won't get into that here because it's been unpleasant. Bottom line is that Venti will not replace it and I was told to live with it. This issue is also holding up installing a new glass shower door. So my bathroom is still not complete after 6 months because I don't have the money yet to hire another company to replace the floor. It's been a draining experience.

We were sent to Venti Tile by our Contractor Tom Freda to purchase Kitchen Cabinets. He had sent our Neighbor there as well, and their Kitchen was Beautiful, so we gave it a shot. We made an appointment to meet with Tracy and go over our floor plan and Cabinet Selection. What was supposed to take 2 Hours, took 3 Hours. We kept changing things, and adding things. Tracy was very patient, and took as long as we needed to design the lay out. We went over several cabinet selections based on various cost, and gave us the option to choose. While we were there, we also ordered our Floor tile from them. Originally we were purchasing tile from another vendor, but Tracy gave us a deal on Tile in her store that we couldn't pass up. Cabinets were delivered quickly. (Actually ahead of time, as well as the Tile flooring). While we were doing the Floor, we decided to add on another room, and they had the additional tile delivered. Then we did another room, and they had that tile delivered quickly as well. I think we were on the phone and email with Tracy daily, and she answered every call and email quickly. During the install, and after, we noticed some minor imperfections with the Cabinets from the Manufacturer. Tracy got on it right away, and contacted the supplier to do right and send replacement parts (Couple of doors). Then her Husband Joe came down personally twice to fix the issue. (During and After). Kitchen looks Beautiful. Since then my Wife has sent here Sister to buy Cabinets there, as well as other Friends. I would use Venti again, and recommend them to anyone purchasing Cabinets, or Tile. They also do installation, but I already had a Contractor. - Liam & Julie Powers, Hazlet NJ.

From the start, Tracy and Joe Ventimiglia were extremely helpful in picking out fixtures and coordinating the remodeling of both bathrooms. The workers were thoughtful, courteous, did outstanding work and always left the work area clean and orderly. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Venti Tile to anyone who asked for an honest and efficient company to do business with.

Very well. Extremely happy with Venti Tile. Received exactly what I wanted. They were very clean prompt and professional. The job was done in the exact time-frame and I was thrilled to know that this time the shower and bathroom were tiled and grouted with products that will last. I know that this job by Venti will last much longer than the original batched renovation!

Venti Tile provided us excellent assistance with our bathroom projects. Always available to answer questions and provided us excellent guidance throughout our project. Tiles we bought from Venti Tile are excellent also.

Several guys came the first day and measured and cut, laid in the basic work. One of the men returned and finished the installation. I'm not happy with the shelf placements, but he explained the contingencies and made sense at the time.

We had a mold problem in the bathroom and discovered that water had gotten behind the bathtub wall. We knew that the area around the bathtub would have to be torn down and retiled. As long as we were going to do that work, we decided we would get a quote to re-do the entire bathroom, which was about 25 years old and looking shabby. We called Venti Tile, as they had been highly recommended by a friend, as well as by two of that friend's friends. Joe came out within a few days and arrived exactly on time. He explained the various options (everything from fixing the one wall to refurbishing the entire bathroom). He came back quickly with a quote. His price was certainly not inexpensive, but not exorbitant either, and based on the great recommendations we had gotten we decided to go with Venti Tile. (Some of the folks who had recommended Venti Tile had indicated that Venti would probably not be the lowest quote I could get, but felt that they were definitely worth the price.) My wife and I then went to the store in Fords and met Tracy. They have a very large selection of tiles, vanities, fixtures, etc. and Tracy was absolutely terrific at helping us wade through all the options and finding a look that we liked. Tracy had great suggestions and loads of patience as we went through many different combinations and changed our minds several times before finalizing our choices. Once again, the cost of the tile, plumbing fixtures and vanity, when it was all added up, was more than we expected. But, as they say, you get what you pay for, and we wanted something that we could happily live with for years to come. Joe had to delay the job one day due to some unexpected circumstances. But he and his team came promptly the following day and Joe promised to make up for the lost day by working as late as necessary to cut the 3 day job to a 2 day job. Joe was as good as his word. The team work hard for 2 days to complete the entire job. They were courteous and professional and took great care to cover all the floors between the front door and the bathroom (which was upstairs) with tarps to prevent any damage to the carpet. They also cleaned up meticulously when the job was done. The final verdict - the bathroom is beautiful! The work is neat; everything is level and properly aligned. The design that Tracy had helped us pick out works wonderfully. We are very happy with the result.

Joe was able to complete my husbands 2 year bathroom project in 2 weeks. He and his designer/wife Tracey help us pick tiles and vanities-made the process an absolute joy. His work was impeccable and very reasonable.

I liked them. I had gone to their store. They were nice and professional. We haven't made decisions yet but we may go with them. We found their price to be a little high that's why we haven't made the ultimate decision.

Joe Venti and his crew were great. From the start to finish everything was easy. He took care of everything. Overall the work care out better than I could imagine.

I have never been so pleased with a contractor. Joe did a total remodel of my main bathroom and in a one and a half bath home was a scary thought. However he started when he said he would start and finished when he said he would finish. The result was an absolutely beautiful bathroom. Tracy and Joe were great with design ideas and in helping me pick the tiles. The price that was quoted was the exact price I paid. There were no extra charges after the work started. I will definitely use Venti tile again

Joe was the primary contact throughout this process. He was very professional, punctual and patient throughout our selection process. Joe and Tracy had excellent suggestions and design ideas and a wonderful variety of tiles to choose from. He did th job himself and finished ahead of time. Always cleaned up behind him and went the extra mile to buy and install a new sink. The job was done very neatly and looks great. I would highly recommend this company if you want a worry free and professional look to your project. We are in the process of re-hiring them for our next project.

About 6 months after the work was completed I noticed that a crack had appeared in one of the sinks I never use. I called Joe and called Joe. . It took 3 months of followup calls by me on a weekly basis before Joe finally sent someone out to the house. They gave me a new sink but charged $125 for the labor. I just sold my home and during inspection they found a leak and mold under the sink. The basket had never been installed correctly and consequently, the sink had been leaking every time I turned it on for the last year. There was mold buildup and I had to put new tiles over the area that was damaged from the leak.
