John was fantastic, came over in about half an hour after my first call. It turned out I bought the wrong breaker; he had one in his truck and the work was done quickly with a reasonable price. Definitely will hire him again if I need electric work done at the house.

John was incredible. He priced everything for me and helped me choose what jobs to tackle first so that we could save a little money for the next few jobs. His pricing was far better than anyone, and the quality of work is stellar. My friends comment on the beautiful lighting throughout our house!

A+ communication and professionalism. John has a ton of expertise and knew exactly how to go about installing the new fixtures, he was throughout and made sure to test everything for quality assurance. Really great service, efficient and knowledgeable.

John always provides quality work. (I know this because about 30 years ago, John, along with his dad, installed my lamppost and doorbell and I've never had any problems with either.) He shows up on time and is very personable. Also, his rates are very reasonable. John helped me move the dining room table/chairs, then removed the old light fixture and replaced it with the new one in record time. (He even took a few minutes to quickly paint around the ceiling base as the new cap was a little smaller than the previous one.) He's always very respectful of my home and clean-up was easy. Other projects that John has performed for me were re-routing my cable wire to across the room (Comcast does not provide that service and they advised me to get an electrician to perform that task). He also installed a new bathroom light fixture and wall switch. I would definitely recommend John for electrical projects and would not hesitate to contact him for any future electrical projects.

Paul was friendly and accommodating. He was able to make an appointment the day after I called. When he had a cancellation, he called and came earlier. Once I showed him what needed to be done, he gave me an estimate. I had him begin immediately. Since one fixture was going over the dining room table, I asked some questions about proper height. He knew the answers and had already measured for the proper distance. In a very reasonable time he had the tasks completed, the areas cleaned of debris and a bill ready. I would use Paul's services again because of his knowledge and his friendly demeanor.

Originally called John months ago to upgrade electrical panel. His price was comparable to other estimates I received but it was his overall knowledge and compassion for workmanship that appealed to me. Although I did not have him do that job since family members came out to do it, I held on to his card for future reference. I wanted an exterior GFCI outlet and another general outlet installed in my living room. He gave me an estimate over the phone and was to contact me in the next few days to schedule. However, it took a couple of calls to him the following week to get a hold of him. He called me first thing this morning and apologized. As it turned out he was having phone troubles, and was available this morning to do the work. He was at the house in an hour and it took him about another hour to install both outlets. Would have no problem calling him again for future electrical needs.

JOHN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS REACH OUT TO US TO ANSWER ALL OUR QUESTIONS. FROM BEGGINING TO END WE FELT CONFIDENT AND HIS PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. HE UPGRADED OUR OLD PANEL AND RELOCATED OUR POOL EQUIPMENT ALSO INSTALLED AN OUTDOOR GENERATOR OUTLET. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICES.

We had several electric repairs required in our new home. John provided a fair estimate of these costly repairs, and stuck to the numbers he quoted. He was always on time, and was able to work around my time frame. He was professional and considerate, and able to provide helpful advice as other issues arose in our home. Mr. Paulikas arrive on time, completed the work we had discussed, and left each work area spotless. John also reduced the price he quoted because some tasks required less effort than originally estimated.

John the owner was on time, gave all of the pricing upfront and did outstanding work. He and his partner were well organized and very knowledgeable workers. I plan on using his services again with some other installations in the springtime.

John was very responsive and able to give a very quick to get us a reasonable quote. He was flexible with the changes in the work order because you never know everything you need right away. The work he completed was great and looks very professional. I am going to be using him going forward on my other electrical projects and home maintenance.

My son was having trouble with his old electrical box getting water with every rain fall and was experiencing arcing when he called John. He responded immediately. Was able to stop the arcing problem quickly. Accurately assessed the situation, gave his recommendation, and a fair quote. John was on time on the agreed day of the work to be done. Completed the job within the estimated time we were told and it turned out great. He was very neat about his work, using existing holes on the siding when possible keeping everything very aesthetic on the outside. Very happy with the work done overall. Still working properly with no issues and no more water in the breaker box at all! And we've had some nasty storms to test it. John is very professional, courteous, and excellent at his craft. Definitely very knowledgable and concerned with doing the job right. A great experience. Highly recommended!

We called to do landscape lighting repairs, we had about 10 lights that were damaged and needed to be replaced as well as install a new transformer as the old one was shot. John quickly came by and gave me a very reasonable estimate. We were having a function in our backyard within the week and John was kind enough to do the work at the earliest and was able to schedule well before the function. The work turned out great Would highly recommend John and his company and we will defintely use him again in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased with how quickly we were contacted after we left a message that we needed work and the attention given to the problem on the day we called about it. Paulikas Electric is operated by the owner so he takes pride in his work and leaves the customer satisfied and informed. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work after arriving at our home. The problem was taken care of and was taken care of quickly and professionally, as well as, being explained to what was being done and what else would need to be done. We were very glad that we had Angie's List as a resource to find an electrician to do what we needed done. Originally, we were told he would be out the next day, but, he called back and came out the same day we called him. He was prompt, did the work quickly and efficiently and took care of our problem, as well as, gave us the confidence that he had the knowledge of what needed to be done to do the job right. We had previously had another electrician at our home to look at the problem and left us without working electric in half our home for over a week while we waited for a call back for arrangements to be made to come out and finish the job. In the time the other electrician took to return our call and then waiting over a week for him to return to do the work, we had to deal without electric in half of the rooms on the main living floor of our home. John from Paulikas Electric was the complete opposite. John returned our call immediately and was in our home quickly giving us back power to the part of our home that didn't have it. Our sincere THANKS to Paulikas Electric for his professionalism, speedy response to our needs and completing the job in short and efficient time.

John came back in early fall to do part 1 of a whole set of various things including outlet installation, light fixture installation, etc. He did a great job with these things. Made an appointment and work was done as requested for a reasonable price. We called John back in November to complete part 2 which included additional indoor and outdoor outlet installation and shop light for our work bench. Had some back and forth phone calls with scheduling conflicts. A few more phone calls were placed with voicemails but unfortunately never heard back and never received a return phone call. The work was never completed. Will probably look for a new electrician to do business with.

I needed an electrical outlet replaced and an open current to be closed off. I gave John a call and he was available the same day. He was punctual and professional. He came and assessed the issue that I had and explained the work required. We agreed to a price and he proceeded to do the required work. John also noticed one of the electrical boxes wasn't attached properly to a wooden stud and went ahead and fixed that as well. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

John was a true Professional!!! He explained everything what needed to be done and what he would do. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the job. I have had ongoing electrical problems for almost three (3) years and had other electricians try to diagnose the problem and they were unable to diagnose the problem with sudden unexplained electrical outages yet John immediately found both the problem and the remedy! I only wish I had called him three (3) years ago! No other electrician would have taken the time to explain everything or bother to take the time to explain as John had done. He even checked back a few times days later to see that everything was working okay! I cannot give him a high enough recommendation.
