CRAIG'S PLUMBING & HEATING

After drilling a hole into a wall near the refrigerator a small leak occurred. The building owner was notified and two employees arrived, looked at the problem and procededed to break the drywall and take note of the leak from a drain pipe. The leak was so insignificant that the plumbers left for lunch after being there 15 minutes. THey came back after an hour and a half lunch to take another fifteen minutes to finish the job-two couplings and a piece of PVC pipe. All told truly less than in materials. The bill sent with this pittance of time and materials a Whopping $700. Talk about a mugging. I spoke to Craig, the owner who trusts in his employees time of 5 hours. He clearly interested in protecting his position and was in no way interested in resoliving the problem. Avoid this shyster at all costs. Despicalbe, criminal. I am choosing not to take this lying down-hence I plan to dispute this bill with all resources available.

THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THE DRAIN WAS STILL CLOGGED. I HAD TO CALL A SECOND PLUMBER TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY CAME ON SCHEDULE, BUT I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN.
