Master Wire MFG & Fence CO

I have been trying for over 2 years to get them back to have some issues fixed with my fence. They say that they'll contact me to set up an appointment and they never do. This is constantly happening. Over the past few years while cleaning the fence, I've seen where when they assembled the fence, they split the vinyl where they screwed it together, the gate was put together incorredtly and now some of the posts are coming out of the ground. I would never use this company again. This is just another contractor that once they get your money, you'll never see or hear from them again when you need assistance. Masterwire finally came out and fixed the gate to my fence. They did this at no cost to me. It kind of helps, but the fact that it took them so long to get out to me still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
