Extremely unprofessional! Stay away- take your hard earned money else where! Here is the long story: last week my heat went out, and I was shopping around to find out if I needed a new unit. Shamanski was the second place I reached out to; I had requested an update about what would be covered under warranty. I mentioned to others that I would commit based on a response. 4 days later, I get a call this morning telling me that someone would come out tomorrow to install a new part. When I asked for an update as I had requested- fairly reasonable to know if it's zero dollars or who knows how many thousands- the response I received was "do you want heat on or not? "and "we are not supposed to reach out to anyone". The next step, which I think is reasonable, is to ask to speak to someone who can be a bit professional at the bare minimum. to which I was hung up on. After repeatedly calling them back, my call was finally picked by that same person who transferred me to the owner by hitting the speakerphone button. got hold of someone owner. As I attempted to explain what happened, there was yelling in the background while the owner responded. The whole time, I was getting two responses to everything I said. All I needed was an update as to how much I needed to pay if it was not covered by warranty. The owners instead offered a whole slew of justifications and reasons why I was wrong. as to why I was in the wrong. Mind you, without hearing a single thing I said. That itself is testimony to their level of professionalism- without even needing to understand the specifics of what happened. If shamanski thinks it's perfectly normal to have a conversation with the customer on speakerphone with an employee literally yelling at the same time then I think it's safe to say that no one should trust them to unscrew a light bulb. I immediately canceled my service request with them and decided to wait another day (maybe more) to get my heat back on. Oh, and it's completely covered under warranty. In summary- I would rather pay someone else then have them touch anything in my house even if it's 100% free and covered under warranty. Avoid shamanski even if they come for free.

You cant be combative, aggressive & rude to me & then say b/c you are the cust you are right?! Your order came on the 20th we have 24-48hrs to call you back & then get you on the schedule, that day you were on. You needed a part,we ordered, the weekend came & Mon morning [Member Name Removed] got the part & called to IMMED. get you on the sched. [Member Name Removed] asked if we could come within the hour, so saying we called to get you on the sched. the next day is wrong. He asked why no one had called him regarding the repair & [Member Name Removed] advised no one has to call him unless there are monies owed by the cust. He then in a very aggressive manner he wanted answers & he requested info. which he never got. [Member Name Removed] advised him again that he can call his warranty company to get updates or myself, but [Member Name Removed] dont have to call him until [Member Name Removed] have the part & ready to get him on the schedule. He clearly didnt like what he heard & he went on the attack. Once he was done being verbally abusive he said the customer is right, he then told me to shut up & listen to him which at that point [Member Name Removed] advised him that he was not allowed to talk to me that way & if it didnt stop [Member Name Removed] would hang up. He kept going & said Im hanging up & did so. All of our techs were there listening to him talk to me that way so [Member Name Removed] had a witness. [Member Name Removed] immed. told the owner what happened. Within 5mins he called back & answered the phone, he did not trying calling multiple times like he claims, another lie. My boss spoke on speaker phone so that [Member Name Removed] could address what was going on. He told my boss that he is the cust. & he is right,my boss nicely explained that its not how it works. The end result is that he had to go somewhere else to get help b/c he was rude & aggressive & it cost him a night of no heat when we could have had his repair done in the amount of time that he was berating me. We advised the warranty company we will not go to that cust because we wont be treated the way. You caused this issue not us we were happy to come give you heat but your combative attitude got in the way.

The tech found out my wires were eaten in my condenser so they rewired me and I was up and running quickly. I appreciated them coming right out.

I called shamanski and got right on the schedule. The tech showed up in the time frame that I was given and knew his stuff! I had my heat and ac maintenance done by them, as well as I added a humidifier to my house because my nose was so dry every morning from the heat blowing constantly. Their prices are very reasonable and I would absolutely use them again.
