 + -1 moreTerrible!! 40.00 worth of supplies, 2 1/2 hrs work, and his price was 925.00!!!!!!!! Left a mess, left a connector loose and had flooding in bathroom stained the floor, and had to have another person come fix the job he didn't perform correctly to begin with. He is a Nightmare!!!

 + -1 moreI spent several days calling Robert to get him to call me back. Finally reached him last Friday, 9/19 and he agreed to come to my home on Monday, 9/22 between 8:30 - 9am. On Monday, I waited till 9:30am to call him since no one arrived. I had to leave a message. I called back around 11:30 am again leaving a message. No one ever showed on Monday and I never received a call back. I provided both home and cell. This company is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have contacted my friend, who knows this gentleman and told him of my experience and to stop referring people to him.
Description of Work: Needed both showers in my home repaired. Neither one of them were working.

Description of Work: Called him Sunday, he didn't return my call until early Monday afternoon. When I finally spoke to him we set up an appt for Tuesday between 10-11 am. When he still wasn't here @ 12:45 I called his cellphone & left a voice mail asking if he was still coming. He did not call or show up! I would not use his service at this point if he offered it for free! Extremely unprofessional

 + -1 moreRob's team, as always was incredibly responsive and so professional, as always. They could have charged more because of the situation, but they didn't....even my insurance adjuster was impressed by how fair their price was.They replaced the burst pipes showed me the problems and made suggestions to avoid this in the future. This is not the first time I have used Salvatori's plumbing. They plumbed a new bathroom for me last Fall and did an incredible job with very fair prices. Rob always speaks to you with respect as do any of his team that I have met. I can't say enough good things about them and the company in general. What I can say though is that they will be plumbing a new laundry room for me in the Spring which gives you an indication of what I think of their work.
Description of Work: My pipes froze and burst. Based on my previous experience with Rob (fabulous professional), I called him immediately.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive in their visit to provide the quote. However it was a verbal quote. The price was inline with the other contractors. Hoever when I asked that he submit this in writing I never received one. I called again to request one and at that time his price increased by $1,000. That put him out of the running.

 + -1 moreThis repair went awesome! Rob and his brother even took their shoes off while working in the house. If you want a great plumber who is in business for himself (ie:support small business) Salvatori's is the only call you need to make.
Description of Work: We called Rob Tuesday evening after hours and left a message as our toilet in the master bathroom was not operational. He called back Wednesday morning and recommended a toilet brand / model that we should purchase at the local home center. We did so and set up an appointment for Rob to install it on Friday. He arrived as scheduled with his brother on time and got right to work. He was very professional, understood the problem and what needed to be fixed immediately. After a few minutes he realized some additional work needed to be done (that was unknown until he moved the old toilet out) in order to install the new toilet. He showed me the situation, I approved the additional work, and he hustled out to get an additional part at the plumbing supply store (not a big box store which I appreciate) before they closed for the night. He was back very quickly and had the new toilet installed in no time. All old parts were taken away an the bathroom was left in perfect shape. The toilet works great and we will certainly use Rob again if a plumbing need arises at our house.

 + -1 moreI called early AM and received a call back within the hour. Plumber that came called before arriving and arrived on time. The work was done in less than a half an hour. I would use Salvatori's in the future.
Description of Work: I had a clogged toilet where my plunger was ineffective- Salvatori's used a large rotary tool to clear up the pipe.

Description of Work: My outside faucet was broken & had to be replaced. It was complicated by the fact that it was attached thru my deck. The owner came with a helper. It was an old faucet that he didn't have on his truck so they had to go to a local store (which they called first) to get one. They returned shortly & fixed it. The only problem was that inside my basement is the faucet to turn on the water & when his helper turned it on the faucet broke in his hands! Now we have to get a replacement before the winter to be able to turn it off. My husband wasn't happy but I think it could have happened to anyone.

 + -1 moreHe answered the phone when he was on vacation and helped me to figure out how to turn the water off to the refrigerator ice maker. The ice maker was running water all over the floor and everywhere and he took the time to help me figure it out. He is excellent.

Description of Work: A variety of work was done. Moving outside pipes, replacing toilet seals etc. Also, he replaced my water softner. With the water softner there was a problem with it working properly and he sent someone right away. When he came to do the other work, he checked in on it to make sure it was working. I can e-mail him with plumbing questions and he helps me problem solve. I think he is great. Very responsive (not cheap but not too bad) and works on having a relationship with his customers so that when they have a problem is is there.

 + -1 moreRob has done some other work at the house and it was fine work, so I did not hesitate to ask him for help with the faucets and toilets. All the work has been nicely done in copper, and he and his crew clean up afterward. You don't even know they were there, except that now everything works! Unless he's super busy, he responds promptly to phonecalls and emails, and is happy to answer all questions. Rob will help you with your repairs, and plan for future upgrades.
Description of Work: Install 3 new faucets. Install 1 toilet. Repair seal of another toilet.
