Roof still leaks and they were very unprofessional.

Some of it was good and some of it was not good. The construction work they did was good but I had issues with the people that came in and removed my items, packed and re-packed them. A lot of my items came back destroyed and there was a lot of breakage. There were broken things that were re-glued and wrapped up in package. When I unpacked it a year later, they said that the claim was closed. I was very disappointed. I had a three piece furniture and it became two pieces. But the work they did, the construction was good. I am not happy with the mould condition downstairs, they did not get rid of it. I called the guy back but he said he got the moulds out but it was still there. So as far as the construction it was good but the packing and the people who did the job were not good. There was this piece that was important to me because it was handed down by my family for generation was not packed well. It came back broken and was not even packed correctly. It was in a box on the bottom with no packing underneath it and on top of it was an antique coffee grinder that must have been weighing about ten pounds. It crushed the bottom of the bowl. They did compensate me for it but nothing could compensate the sentimental value of it. Their packers were unprofessional and don’t know how to pack and unpack but they were nice guys and girls. I even got things that did not belong to me. They even damaged a piece of my appliance that was brand new. And now the claim is closed and my insurance dropped me. I will not recommend them because of their packers and cleaners. I had a lot of issues with them. Everything was mixed up and boxes were not labelled correctly. It took me a long time to unpack plus the mould condition made it worse. It was a horrendous experience. I still have not found some of my kitchen dishes yet and other stuff and the kitchen was not damaged because the fire happened in my room. However, they went above and beyond for the carpentry work and were very good with that. They were polite and very nice but I even found things that they were trying to steal from me.
