The job was completed but we are not happy with the results or the condition of the house that the contractor left us with. The in-cabinet lights are high intensity and are positioned in the middle of the cabinet top. Because the cabinets have glass doors, all that you see are these very bright lights that are always in your direct view. The other lights are cheap fluorescent bulbs and are therefore mismatched with the in-cabinet lighting. We also asked that the lights could be dimmed but this was not done. We were also upset about the condition of the house when they were finished. The job required that ceiling tiles be removed in the basement below the kitchen. The tiles were not replaced and some were broken. When these deficiencies were pointed out to the contractor, we never heard from them again.
