When the sales rep was here to give the estimate, I walked around the whole house with him and clearly indicated that I was interested in gutter guards for the gutters on the whole house and detached garage. When I received the estimate, it was clearly marked gutter guards on "all" gutters. However the installation guy only showed up with gutter guards for the house and none for the garage gutters. When I phoned the sales guy back, he said he never measured the garage and thus the gutter guards for it were not included even though he agreed that we spoke about the garage to be included as well and the contract clearly stated "all gutters". He said it would be another $600 on top of the original $1500 I already paid him. I dont think so...

I was very pleased with their service. They are extremely professional and organized well so their business runs smoothly. They answered all my questions, came on time, and cleaned up well.

I will never use Home Depot again. It took 2 1/2 months and 21 phone calls to get a garage door installed, and I am disappointed in the results. Specifically, I called the millwork department: Dan promised to call me back on 8/3, Jeff promised to call me back on 8/7, & Bruce promised on 8/9, saying he promised "on his dog's eyes". I thought it was an odd statement, but still no calls back. Eric, Mngr., even told me one thing and when I called the installer they said he had never called. Did he outright lie to me? Even the management left me hanging. Asst. Mngr Guillermo said he would call on 8/15 and didn't. I called the Dist. Manager, Margaret, on 8/23 and left messages both on her voice mail and through the cust. service number (800-553-3199, on hold for 25 min.) and never heard back from her. They said they would refund my $140, but after 2 weeks I still haven't seen it. I called again this morning and they say they are taking care of it. We will see.
