+ -1 moreBefore we stopped using this firm they had caused several issues starting from charging a card with permission to over charging us for everything. When you have a long time client you don't start over charging because they trust you. At the end every thing they did was shady at best. Charging for stuff never done, taking our stuff as their own. Definitely find an different provider.
Description of Work: We used this firm for everything. Opening, closing, chemicals, installation of new equipment etc. trusted them until we started paying attention. Shame on us.

Description of Work: I've been dealing with these folks for several years. Pool openings, closings, repair work, etc. Always very expensive. The latest is that during last winter the solid cover collapsed due to the fact that the water level had dropped ~4 feet due to a leak caused during the fall closing. (Liner, in-ground pool.) The cover was thusly damaged, and needed repair/replacement. They took it with them in April, and were supposed to get back with options/costs. I've heard nothing to date (end of August 2011) even though I've stopped at their shop at least once per week during July and August. "We'll get back to you", but they never do. Trying them by telephone is useless. Needless to say, I've learned my lesson and am heading elsewhere. I need a cover to close the pool which is soon, and am running out of time.

+ -1 moreThis company saved me from two weeks of stress! I was using a different pool cleaning service and they were just horrible. I needed my pool opened for the holiday weekend and after two visits from the previous company my pool was still green and gross. I called Gotta Have It and the friendly lady who answers the phone scheduled maintenance on a Thursday, the day before I needed the pool to be usable. Not only did the service man have my pool beautiful and in condition to swim in that night, he also stopped by the next morning just to make sure that it did not need any touch up vacuuming before my guests arrived (as it was incredibly windy the day before). I am forever grateful to them!
Description of Work: vacuumed pool manually checked chemical levels and balanced with chemical treatments opened pumps and skimmers filled my basketball hoop with water at the base without me having to ask inspected my automatic vacuum to ensure proper working order gave me information about self maintenance manually skimmed top of pool
