Flemington Department Store

I've always had good customer service from Flemington Dept Store over the years from living room to bedroom furniture and rugs. I had order recently delayed due to shipper for FDS who worked tirelessly to get the rug. When finally it came from shipper, it was personally delivered by the store owner Marty in the evening so didn't have to wait any longer. Thanks to FDS for always making the experience a good one! If only other stores could do it so well!!! Also, I've an carpet needing re-stretching which he is sending out person to do it even though its been 6 years. I can say no more why everyone shouldn't use FDS.

They were really good basically in everything. Their prices were super reasonable and quick turn around within a week upon ordering. They treat you like a member of the family, so they showed us around, little elaborate, not extremely professional but they build a good rapport with you, and the salesman is a funny guy.

All of it was great.The salesperson was very nice and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. The choices were decent. The installation guy, Frank, was nice professional, and even left extra carpet for us... for FREE. Everything was fine no complains. I give it an A+.

Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them to anybody. They have excellent delivery and they are dependable. This company is respectful and the delivery people are respectful of our home. They are prompt; I ordered furniture in September that needed to be here by Christmas. It was back-ordered so they loaned me brand new furniture until my furniture came; I think they are great.

We were very pleased with our experience at Flemington Department Store from the very beginning. Since we have a dog, we wanted to replace our tired old carpeting with a pet friendly , but attractive one. We received excellent tips from our consultant, and were given samples to take home and decide on. The technician sent by the store to measure the job was very professional and did an accurate job. Carpeting was ready to be installed by the prearranged date . The subcontractor called to set up the time, and was very punctual. We arranged to have this job done on two separate days allowing us to move the furniture and prepare the next room. All went according to plan. The subcontractor recommended another idea for the carpeting on the stairway . He was spot-on. Beautiful effect! We have another flooring need, either hard wood or carpeting and will go to Flemington Department Store first thing. Highly recommend you consider a visit if you are considering flooring/carpeting of any kind.

We purchased our sofa set from Flemington furniture. I would say the service we received was excellent. We went during one of their sales and got our furniture discounted. It was quality furniture, stain resistant and exactly what we were looking for. The delivery process went smoothly and they were attentive to us throughout the process. I have no complaints at all. I felt they were responsive to our questions and made excellent suggestions. Sometimes you feel as if the person selling to you sees you as a walking commission check. I didn't get that feeling here, we just got quality service and very much appreciated it. I would definitely return again and plan to when I purchase my dining room set.

They were terrible. I went to the store, I waited and waited and there was no salesman to be found so I walked out. They had a large selection but no one to help you. They could improve on customer service.

The installer never called until 3 weeks after I had visited the store! I had already finished painting the room and was more than ready to have the carpet installed promptly. I was annoyed by their seeming disinterest in my business. So I instead went to The Home Depot, made my carpet selection, had someone come to measure (2 days after I visited the store) and it was installed within a week. I don't know if my order and quot;fell through the cracksand quot; somehow, or if this is how the Flemington Dept. Store normally conducts their business. Needless to say, I was dissatisfied.

This was an awesome furniture-buying experience. Having just moved into a new home after living in our previous home for 35 years, we are in need of a number of pieces of furniture. We looked at all the chain furniture stores (Ashley, Raymour and Flannigan, Bob's) and also Macy's but did not find anything we liked. Our realtor mentioned Flemington Department Store. I had never heard of this store. I guess that's because we are new to this area and Flemington Department Store is a one-location business and not a chain. Imagine our surprise when we first entered the store. It's a combination of a furniture store, a carpet/rug/window coverings store and an old-fashioned general store selling all sorts of clothing. We concentrated on looking at their furniture and they have a huge selection of furniture for every room. Their prices range from modest to high end, but seemed totally in line with the chain department stores for what you were getting. A sales person was always available to answer any question we had and also to give suggestions and advice when asked. Tthey do not work on commission so anyone with whom we spoke was attentive and informative. We were told that delivery would be in 6 to 8 weeks since we the sofas we ordered were being custom made. Imagine our surprise when they were delivered in just 4 weeks, in PERFECT condition. The delivery people were prompt, courteous, and professional. I totally recommend Flemington Department store. In fact, we're going back to look for additional furniture and also their area rugs and window treatments.

Flemington Department Store has a large selection of products and the prices are reasonable. The employees are very helpful and came to install the flooring for us.

I was very happy with them. It was great. I've been dealing with the department store for 30 years, ever since we moved out here. I've been with them a while, and they've always been excellent.

They came out very promptly. They charged just 10 bucks to come out and measure, which was nothing. They came out quickly, measured, and gave me the quote. I just opted to go with a different carpet company.

I shop there because of their good prices. The salesperson was very helpful and made suggestions. The furniture was delivered at the appointed date and time. I have shopped there several times.

Flemington Department Store offers a good quality service. They came on time and got the work done quickly. They were neat and careful. I've used this store before and will continue to do so. They offer a high end product for less money than others.

I THINK EVERYTHING THEY DID FOR ME WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE PRETTY GOOD PRICES and ALL OF THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING EVERYTHING. I AM HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
