Burkett Supply Co

On August 25, we called three appliance repair companies after checking Angie s List and the Yellow Pages. All three had live representatives and the man at Burkett was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (which turned out to be true). He educated us about who makes Kenmore, which the others didn t. He wasn t the friendliest man on the phone, which did concern us about his customer service. No one could come until Tuesday (the 28th). We went with Burkett, who informed us their fee is $95 for the first hour starting when he left his location (ten minutes away from our home) until he punched back in. Afterwords, it would be $65 per hour at 15 minute increments. They gave us a window between 1 and 3 pm. Don called at 12:30 and arrived ten minutes later. He was friendly, worked quickly, knew what he was doing, and had the part on his truck. He also cleaned my dryer and vent. He was done in under an hour. We were happy and will use them again for appliance repair.
