We had used them before and knew that if we didn't hire them to do the job that there would be a service charge. They came on May 4, 2021 and said that we needed a new garbage disposal. We gave them a down payment of $500+. Never heard from them again. I called several times and was promised a call back . . . nothing. Finally, I got an email in August saying that the part was back ordered. They had our money for 4 months. I am sorry but the fact that they use only one company to get the garbage disposal, is not my problem. My sink was backing up for months with junk. I held up my side of the contract, they did not. They refused to refund the entire down payment. They said that they were entitled to the original service fee because they diagnosed the problem - the garbage disposal was broken. I did not need them to tell me that. IT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS on their end. So, be very aware that this company will not do the right thing by their customers.

Tech showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed problem and went to work. Fixed the leak. He was pleasant and efficient. Pricing was reasonable. No need to buy a new fridge - I’m happy!

The technicians showed up on time. They identified the problem within ten minutes and had the repair completed within the hour. They were confindent and efficient in their work and the repair cost was quite reasonable. What more can you ask for?

it was easy to schedule an appointment to look at the problem, was diagnosed and part ordered that day. Returned next week to install, very courteous and helpful worker, everything explained including warranty for work. Price was also good, would highly recommend. They also have a coupon for money off on the visit.

Great! Work was done by Shane and he was super knowledgable and conscientious of his work. I would call Appliance Master again and again!

They had to order a part but by passed the switch so we could still use the dryer while waiting on the new switch. Came back five days later and installed the new switch.

I paid $90 last week. To repair the washer was prohibitively expensive.

They came on a Monday and told me the part would be in no later than Wednesday. They said they would call and come over as soon as it came in. Wednesday came and went. I called on Thursday and the receptionist said it had been sitting there since tuesday. I asked when they would coming and she told me they were booked until Tuesday of the next week. After causing a commotion she put me on the schedule for Saturday between 11-2. I stayed home from my sons State cup soccer game. 2 o'clock came and went as did 3 and 3:30. I called and was told I was never put on the schedule. I called back on Monday AM and was told they were booked through Friday. At that point I ended up in a tense argument with the supervisor. I wanted my part put in Monday and I wanted a credit for one of the two service calls. He told me an emphatic and quot;noand quot; to both because there was no record of the Saturday appointment and I should have called and kept track of when the part came in, so too bad, the schedule was full and the technician would get there on Friday or I could pick up the part and put it in my self! At that point I said I was going to stop payment on my check which included one service call and the part that was ordered. He told me he would see me in court. This is the worst part...I said to him okay I think I will win because my of all the things I have already explained. His response was and quot;you won't because I will just say that you yelled at my technician and he refused to go back into your house. Understand, the technician and I were on great terms he was the one that told me they would call me right away when the part came in and he would put a rush on it. Anyone that uses this company is making a very big mistake. If the top supervisor is a lying cheat you must wonder what your allowing in your front door.

Extent of service tech investigation was to note that no error code was showing on display. He did not appear to be very knowledgeable about Thermador ovens. Said he had to contact factory for their solution. He called back several days later with suggestion that I could try to repair control panel ($450 repair), but that would likely not solve problem. His suggestion: buy a new wall oven. Given my lack of confidence in his ability to solve the problem, I subsequently contacted Thermador's factory service company who correctly diagnosed and resolved problem.

I got to know them by word of mouth, because many of my neighbors were calling them. I actually think that they are a franchise. They were prompt and came the same day I called them, and they were also efficient, clean and quick.
