ACCESS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Experience working with them has been absolutely horrible. I dealt w/ Valerie (our property manager) for the last 18 months and you simply can't have any expectation that they will address the problem. Communicationis is poor - only one way - her way! Doesn't listen well at all. She either addresses the wrong owner or makes mistakes for simply issue or leaves problems hanging for months unattended. Nothing gets done. All their service will do is pass on information and do not take ownership of the problem. When I escalate attention to their managment, no response either. So, why paid them $407/mth to pass on emails to Board Members etc. Consider most townhouses in Bridgewater and Somerset areas are in the high $200s to low $300s a month. Many of us are trying to get rid of them after many concerns and complaints are not psoitively addressed for HOA members. When it comes to select contractors for the work, they cut deals with their affiliates at the expenses of higher costs to members. (supposinly, it works the opposite way.) For electrical work,as an example, the charges are 50% more if you'd have come up w/ your own, but of course they won't reimburse you if you use your contractor even if it's the association responsibiilties. Conclusion: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Spend your money elsewhere more wisely if you are looking for a relaible and trust worthy property management firm and service.
