Description of Work: Purchased Husvarna riding mower. Mower deck was improperly installed (at level 3 the mower deck hits the ground), called to replace, but since it was the end of year asked to have snow blade put on and take mower deck off. First time they came to put on chains, they took off mower deck, put on blade but no snow chains. Called to ask why, and then they came back to put on chains. Tried to move mower out of shed for big storm to find that the snow blade was not put on correctly, tdragged onto ground. Realized that they forgot to put in a pin that allows blade to be raise or lowered, so I and my wife put pin in, I backed it out of shed and within 15 yards, snow chains came off and wrapped around axel. I fixed chain enough to get back into shed. Have called 3x, talked to manager and left messages, but they wont reply or come and fix. People seem nice but are entirely incompetent. Sorry I tried to helpout the small local business person.
