Terrible. Jun 10 2011: I wanted to buy slate stones for my garden but they did not have the ones I wanted. They convinced me to buy another kind of stone that would lokk alike. I paid first and then they asked me to go to their backyard and an employee would give me the stones. They were not clear where they wanted me to go in the yard, I was lost. Their employees were unfriendly and ignoring me. When I finally contacted the employee to deliver the stones, he was rude. He brought a big container with stones next to me and opened it very close to me. When he opened it he spill dirty water from the container on my trousers. I was on my way to work and I had to go back home to change my clothes. I was late to work as a consequence. The stones they sold me did not look like the ones I had at home, so the same day I went back to the store to exchange them for other stones more similar to the ones I have. They did not want to exchange the sotnes by other ones that look like the ones I have. They told me they do not excahnge stones because they can get damaged when transporting them. I told them I would agree not to exchange any stone that would have been damaged. They did not wanted to hear me. I left the store visibly upset and they did not even care. I would not recommend anybody to buy construction materials or stones in this store. The were rude, careless and unfriendly. Overall very unprofessional
