The owner of Makki's Flooring and Carpet came out to my home, gave an estimate for my bedroom and hallway and I agreed to the price, h=a few days later the work was done. He came to inspect as well, and the two workers were efficient. I highly recommend this company.

This was a very positive experience from the start to finish. The current flooring was a wreck and I decided to get several quotes for a complete replacement. Ali was very upfront about the cost and product. He provided two estimates which were on the lower end of my budget. I chose him due to the professionalism and communication. I was home during the work and have a familiarity with the process. His employees did a tremendous job and the new floor looks amazing. The cleanup was adequate with no debris in the area. I did home they would wipe down the counters some from all the dust but that was perfectly fine.

So much so that if he finds a way to save money, he passes the savings on to the customer instead of keeping it to himself. Ali takes pride in the work and is not done unless everything is perfect and his customer is more than satisfied. He makes you feel comfortable knowing he has your back. He genuinely cares for his customer. While my job was being done I could not figure out where my cat was. Ali did not stop looking until we found her. He was genuinely concerned for me. (She was fine). I am so pleased with the treatment I got from Ali, the quality of the materials and job, and the fairness of the price, that I wish Ali did more than just floors. Terrific work in Manhattan by Ali and his fast, expert team of installers. He delivered exactly as promised and had encyclopedic knowledge of flooring considerations, guiding us every step of the way. His initial quote came in low enough that I did not shop around and we were very satisfied with the value for the money. I would hire him again in a minute.
