Terrible! I went to the shop to see the doors in person. They didn't have very many on display but no one seems to have them on display so I initiated the order anyway. The sales man was very nice but did not seem to really know what he was doing. It took numerous tries (probably about 10 or even more) to get the door quoted properly. These doors have to have price quotes from the distributor which takes at least a day. Because the sales man didn't really know what he was doing and because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted we got several quotes. I had a feeling maybe I should order elsewhere since just getting a correct quote was a problem, but against my better judgement I stuck with this sales guy because he was trying hard and nice. I figured that they must a supervisor overseeing him. WRONG! After three weeks of going back and forth like this we finally got the door ordered. At least I thought we got it ordered. I sent in a signed authorization and my credit card was billed. I was told the door would be here in 7 weeks which is the time for a custom order. Seven weeks later I called to see when the door would be delivered. After some stone walling I was finally told that the door was in fact NEVER ORDERED! The best they could do was re order the door with another seven week wait. They did offer to give me a "temporary door" that would later be replaced at their expense by my correct door. Since my house is stucco and the absence of this door brought my project to a screeching halt, I said no thanks. I didn't want my project dragging out 7 more weeks nor did I have any confidence that this company could accomplish anything properly at this point. I canceled the order and had to get a fir door elsewhere which could be ready in one week. On top of everything else when I re ordered elsewhere I discovered that the initial door order was incorrect anyway. Maybe a blessing in disguise.
