Member, Providing exceptional service and value is why we have been in business for 40 years, we take great pride in what we do and intend to satisfy every customer. That being said we did not meet your expectations and like all organizations have room for improvement. I appreciate your feedback and assure you it did not fall on deaf ears. Without feedback like yours we cannot make the changes necessary to improve the service we provide. Following are some actions we have taken to ensure Eastern not only meets but exceed our customers’ expectations. I have discussed your comments with our operations manager, who will work with our installers to make the necessary improvements. Furthermore we have put in place an additional field supervisor; this supervisor will be in charge of quality control and customer satisfaction. I greatly appreciate your business. I can assure you that although unfortunate your experience with Eastern Contractor Services is the exception not the rule, that aside I take comments like yours very seriously and have taken action to improve our service.
