They’re good, I like them. I don’t dislike anything. What I like is that they come in and explain everything that’s going on. They generally have a 2-person team. One guy is applying the product while the other guy is telling me what the deal is, what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and when to expect results. They leave documentation so if you’re not there you will see exactly what they did. The price is about average.

We just started with them about two months ago and so far, our grass is growing very well. That?s about all I can say! I did have one call for a problem with some shrubs that got an infestation and they came out like the next day, so that was very good. ?I know the cost of their service was competitive. It?s expensive because we have a big yard, but for value I think the price was probably an A,considering the size of our yard.? Their responsiveness is excellent. I don?t like their call system. They have a recorded call that tells you they're coming, weather permitting, and that?s very ambiguous.

Results were horrible, weeds were out of control despite numerous calls to TruGreen, their only solution was to make a service call and respray. Technician usually come and spends 10 minutes spraying and that is all they do. There Guarantee for a healthy lawn is worthless as it is not money back but that they would just make a service call without charge. Spent about $400 for an unsightly lawn....will go back to my landscaper he charges a lot more but with results and without the aggravation.

I have a huge complaint and I noticed that other people complained about them too and it's the same thing. it's like they sign me up for something I didn't want and I can't tell you how many times I called to tell that I don't need it and I spoke to a supervisor I spoke to another person well first a very nice person I have names, I have the supervisor's name and this is not being corrected and I still get the bills saying I'm pass due on this amount and it's just on part of this service and I can't make them go away, their my nightmare, I'm being ignored and I've had it and I have a lot of personal issues with my crazy ex husband and I have health issues because of him and these people wont stop hounding me and no body keeps listening to me and I just about had it and I'm not gonna go through talking to somebody else again I can't do it. I don't need this I was very happy with what I had last year, last year they were good now all of a sudden and I will never ever used them again and I'm talking bad about them to everyone in my neighborhood because they were taking up using them they automatically signed me up and they didn't even wait for me to choose which plan I wanted they just automatically signed me up on a plan that they wanted and I don't even think it's a real company and when you call there they doesn't even say Tru Green it's like a shady business. I told them I want to see a contract or something and they don't have one. They said okay the first time okay we'll take care of it and I said to them why would I want that service when I already have tic and flea control and some guy signed me up saying that there's crazy spiders and all these crap, I mean I don't need it I got a fence in beautiful backyard with a pool and I don't need it I said no I have flea and tic and plus I have a pest exterminator come around my house.

We've been using Bob Scott for years and he and his crew have always been fantastic. From large jobs to weekly care, they do it all and well. NOTE: Please don't confuse Scott's Lawn Care LLC with the Scott's Fertilizing company. The negative reviews should be taken down or at least added to the correct service provider.

ed the salesman that had come to my house It's not that I was unhappy with my original Lawn service but a Rep told me they could give me the same service at a much cheaper cost. I figured Scott's was a reputable so why not. Well things went bad after the first application. I told the Rep I wanted to be home when the tech came and they ignored me. When I got home there was no evidence on my lawn that a granular fertilizer had been applied despite what the note on my door read. I looked all over on my sidewalks and driveway for the overspray that normally can be found and there was no trace. When I called the number on the card that was left on my door the tech was EXTREMELY RUDE and refused to come back. Naturally When I called the number of the Salesman that had come to my house I was forwarded to the Main Office in Ohio or someplace where I got no satisfaction at all. I would strongly advise using someone local instead of these large corporations as their Customer Relations are terrible. Luckily I had paid by Credit Card and was able to cancel I went back to my original Lawn Service it's worth the few extra bucks for peace of mind and quality service.

Very good! The crew comes out and does a great job. I've had other services where they are in and out in a short time but this crew really focuses on doing the job well. They blow out all the beds every time and it's not just a quick cut. I'm definitely happy with them. Last year I used them for application of fertilizers. The lawn looks great. They were a little pricy with the fertilization so I switched to another company for that service.

It's $71. They are prompt. They call me a head of time and let me know they are coming. They do a good job. They blow off anything off the driveway, steps or patio. My lawn looks good. If there is a problem they do response. They are here first thing in the morning. I have been using them for about 5 years now.

Trugreen does a very decent job. The technician I have is very responsive to my needs and seems to really care, this is definitely a key to success.

They cut the lawn, front and back of house, also did the curb-side, trimmed the bushes, fertilized, and took out all the weeds that had grown between the sidewalk and the paver bricks. They maintain the lawn every week, so I don't have to worry about it getting overgrown.

It went good. I’m using him now. I just like the way they do the work and they do a lot of different things. I get the bill at the end of the month.

Have worked out arrangement with Trugreen after complaint through Anjie's list. Am awaiting their follow through on what we discussed.

The lawn still looked awful and I never had them back. I ended up paying them for the full year. If you want your lawn to be weed infested and brown call TruGreen.

I have used him for 25 years and he also does landscaping and paver work. In the past he has re-graveled my driveway, done some landscaping for me and done some additional gravel work when I wanted to put in an outside shower.

They always let you know when they will arrive. They leave you a report, if you are not home. You cannot beat their price.

I have an annual contract with them which is prepaid, so I am not sure how much it was. They come on a schedule, call me before they come out and they leave instruction about the care, although with pest control there is nothing for me to do. I think that the service is fairly effective. After this year I am considering switching, so I am not sure if I would use them again.

From the start they came unprepared. The workers could hardly speak English and could not answer my questions. They came to slit seed without a rake on the truck and had to borrow mine. Left the lawn with large clumps of dirt and dead grass. I have more weeds now than before. Lawn is total junk.

I have to say that Chemlawn does a good job and I do think they have made our lawn look a lot different than it did before we started using them. I mean, I think it has less tendencies to look brown and limp and stuff like that, so I like them a lot. They leave us a sign so we know not to walk in our yard after they have been here and I appreciate that so my shoes do not turn green. I also feel they charge reasonably for the good services they are providing.

We have used them on and off for the last fifteen years and they are always great. They do a good job and I would recommend them to other people. They are professional and very thorough as well. They are personable and answer any questions that you may have.

I have no major problems with Chemlawn I guess. I think they keep my lawn looking pretty fresh and healthy and I like that. I kind of never know when they are coming, but they leave me signs in my yard and bills to let me know. I think they could lower their prices and I would not have a problem if they did that.

THEY ARE VERY UNRESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS. WE GAVE THEM INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING OUR DOG, AND THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY IGNORED THEM. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTINUALLY TRIED TO SELL US PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN. WE PLAN TO FIND A NEW SERVICE.

WE WERE TOLD NO ONE SHOULD WALK ON IT WHEN IT HAS BEEN TREATED WITH WEED KILLER AND NO ONE TOLD US THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE, SO MY SON AND MY DOG WERE EXPOSED TO THE CHEMICALS. THEY ENDED UP BURNING MY LAWN, INFESTING IT WITH CRABGRASS, AND NOW IT IS ALL BROWN.

I WOULD SAY THAT HIRING THEM WAS MORE OF A CONVENIENCE THAN ANYTHING. THE WEEDS WERE NOT KILLED AND IN SOME PLACES WORSE THAN BEFORE. I WOULD CALL IT JUST A FAIR JOB, AT BEST.
