Darin gave a detailed estimate along with suggestions for a new entry door. Once ordered, the door was installed earlier than promised. Installation was quick, professional and well done. In addition we were included every step of the way and consulted about every detail. We highly recommend TGS and will call them again for our next door.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment within a week of buying the package. Work done was thorough and made such a difference!

Matt replaced all the rollers, made an adjustment in one area of the runners and lubricated all the hinges. He also adjusted the door so that it would no longer open on its own. Showed me how to lubricate the hinges, which he said really should be done about every three months. If I could give this company an A++ I would. I will definitely use them again if need be and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Went very well. The technician even made the garage door to work properly by aligning the sensors.

Another technician came out today and found that the center rail was loose. He also checked all the bolts and re-lubricated the rails. The garage door opener now works smoothly and quietly. I am pleased with their desire to address and resolve any dissatisfaction I previously had. I now can confidently recommend them.

Good experience. From original service call, prompt arrival of technician. Provided viable options at decent rates. Only concern was lack of update once product was ordered. I had to follow up several times to get information and schedule installation. It may not matter to most folks, but being prompt and keeping client updated is very important in getting my business.

Tech arrived on time, greased door wheels, tighten door pad inside garage on wall, suggested I not put any more money into repairs, and gave me a verbal estimate for a new door.

First appointment scheduled successfully at time I requested. They were very responsive to Groupon purchase. However, at the scheduled time, they notified me they were running behind and could not reschedule for another week. The technician suggested replacing the torsion spring, cables and rollers. Came out to $450.00. Felt this was rather expensive for the work performed. And the garage door still makes a lot of noise and doesn't open and close smoothly.

Job was done professionally, all the work done was explained and the worker was polite and cleaned up after himself.

They did not show for scheduled appointment and never called. Had taken day off work and when I finally reached them they advised they do no cover 18951 area. This was after fthey comed a week earlier that they did cover when I asked on original phone call.

It worked out fine. I thought the service technician did a good job. He found something that I didn't know was wrong. He pointed out it was obviously wrong and he fixed it. I thought it was a fair price. I was happy to have it repaired.

A technician came out to my home, accessed the situation, informed me that the part needed to be ordered and it was. Once the part came in, I was contacted and scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. The technician was professional, explained everything in detail, and completed the work tinny full satisfaction. I will not use any other company for my garage door needs. This company gets an A+.

I want to share an awesome experience I had with TGS Doors of Wall, NJ. Two different installers were dispatched, one for the garage door and opener and another for the entry door and storm door. Each specialized in their area of expertise. They both arrived when they said they would and both couldn't have done a nicer job. They cleaned up everything and removed the old doors. I went through Home Advisor and every review I had read was extremely positive.

The tech (a big friendly guy) came when it was raining hard...he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and provided further recommendation. Now The garage door runs so quite and smoothly ! I love their service! I tipped the guy happily. We are moving to a big new house with two garage door will use their service in the future! I have posted their service in a big Chinese social network in big Princeton area. Thank you so much !

Everything from the estimate to the install went great. Garage door looks great. Will definitely use when I decide to replace the back patio door.

As expected, he had to charge extra for the cable.
