Description of Work: Examined garage door and advised that in addition to the $29 tune-up I needed all roller wheels replaced and 2 pulleys. I had also requested that the trim piece on each side of the outside of the door be replaced. When I was given the price I questioned the pricing especially the $100 as I had priced the trim in Home Depot for about $14 each - of course that did not include the labor. I had also seen other suppliers on Angie's list who would have replaced the wheels for $99 lot as part of their pkg. The choice was mine and I should have let them do the $29 tuneup and waited on the rest. That mistake I am responsible for. Door frame was realigned as part of the visit. Just didn't feel right somehow starting off at $29 and ending up at $400 less discount = $388 paid.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time and examined the garage door, described recommended servicing regimen that he would provide,explained the costs involved if I decided to proceed with additional repairs, and then performed tune-up maintenance and lubrication per the original Angies list deal. I was satisfied in all aspects, and would recomment this provider.

Description of Work: Sal Santangelo of TGS responded to our purchase. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable,and courteous, and quickly identified the source of our problem with one garage door opener. He took steps to remediate the problem as best he could, given the age and condition of the existing equipment. He also provided several viable options for a broader solution to the problem by upgrading our hardware with newer hardware. When we decide to upgrade our garage door openers, we will use TGS to get the job done right.
