I can’t say enough about TGS! They were professional and responsive from start to finish. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. When he arrived he gave me a full rundown of everything he was going to do an updated me on the progress. Before he left he gave me a complete overview of everything he did and even show me some additional options and features with my garage door opener. Needless to say if I need new garage doors this will be the company I’m calling!!!

Perfectly! From the initial estimate until final installation yesterday, everything went very smoothly. The staff were very personable and professional. The installer accepted the challenge of fitting two doors into a small space and also installed my self-purchased open on the second door. He also made two recommendations which saved me almost three hundred dollars! Very professional service

They came out to do a tune up and we chose to have our garage doors replaced and have new wraps installed. They ordered them and came back out to install them when they came in. Our new garage doors and wraps look great, they did a great job with installation and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely recommend.

Matt case in 15 minutes later the door operated more smoothly and stayed open as it should. He insisted I test it several times before he left. Nice job very happy

I would not pay for the tune up again. It should be done as part of the larger job. I did have them come back and install a new seal. I am very happy with the work they did when replacing the seal. Sal was polite, friendly and cleaned up after installing the new parts.

It went just fine. Took care of checking over and lubricating the system, showed me where & how to lubricate to do it myself, and then recommended adding a 16' strut to the top of it to stabilize the door, as it raises and lowers, which it seems to be doing.

The consultation and estimate process was flawless and everything went smoothly. After that, things went South quickly. The Installer arrived later than I was informed, but that was a none issue for me. When he arrived, I was surprised to see that he was by himself. My job entailed not only replacing the 2 wooden doors and accessories, but the door opening had to first be properly re-framed, which I assumed would be at least a 2 person job. The Installer advised it would only take 3-4 hours, even though he only had a vague understanding (I had to explain to him in detail what his work order meant) of how in-depth the job really was. Well after nearly 10 hours and working in the dark, the doors were up, but not finished and they had to come back the next day to finish. After already taking 1 day off for the Install, I did not want to have to take another day off of work, so the Installer agreed to come back when I am home from work to complete the job. This took an additional 3 hours, again in the dark, to complete. The Installer did identify a dented panel (which was very minor) that was installed before I could notice it and told me he had already ordered a new panel that would he would come back to install in 2 weeks. That replacement installation was easy and was completed without any issue. After a few weeks, I noticed the 2 doors were not keyed alike as I had paid for them to be. I contacted TGS and it took several additional weeks to be able to get them properly replaced as it was hard to get in contact with the employee to get the right locks and schedule a time for them to come out. Plus, they had to come twice because they brought 2 different locks again! Overall, my job was difficult as, unlike other installers, they identified a potential issue with my existing door framing. While they were slightly more expensive than other estimates, they were completing re-framing that other companies were not going to complete. The doors look great and they are still holding up well today (8 months later). I just wish the installation process went a lot smoother and it was easier to get issues addressed. Due to the issues encountered, I would be more inclined to use another installer if the prices were similar.

The tech, Steve was very good, answered a lot of questions and performed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up when completed.

The technician showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. He explained the possible causes of the awful sound our garage door was making. He replaced the rollers and lubricated the hinges, and the problem was solved. He showed me where to lubricate the hinges and rollers in the future.

Was very professional. He explained all issues and took care of issues that he could as part of maintenance.

The company was easy to work with and bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Terrible!!! Stay Away!! When scheduling the appointment I was assured the trucks will carry all the parts and repairs can be done the same day with out the need for rescheduling again and there is no service fee if agreed to get the repairs done. I needed a weekend appointment so waited for 2 weeks to schedule the appointment. On the day of appointment, Trucks did not carry the parts and they wanted me to reschedule again for a different day. They advertise on their website, Angies list about Same Day Repairs! FREE service call with every repair! But they want the service fee when it was their mistake not to carry all the parts needed and unable to do the Repairs. The customer rep I spoke to on on 10/21/17 was nasty and and threatening to send court summons for service fee and the technician that came over was unprofessional. I choose to wait for 2 weeks and get the repairs done with TGS although I had a choice with companies that have comparable ratings on Angies List. I guess I made a mistake. The only thing nice about this company is probably Rhonda who was professional and pleasant to talk to when I scheduled the appointment.

Appointment scheduling was very easy after purchasing the garage door tune-up deal thru Angie's List. Technician arrived on time and performed the safety inspection, lubricated the moving parts and provided an estimate for the work that need to be done in the future. Good service!
