Installer arrived on time . He had all the necessary material on hand to do the job. He was professional, and courteous he completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. After the job was completed,he lubricated all the moving parts and tested the door to make sure it opened and closed properly.

The sales staff and installer were professional and the job ran like clockwork within my budget. Definitely recommend.

Mike was excellent! He arrived on time (8:00am), was extremely professional, knowledgeable, methodical, and worked tirelessly throughout the day (over 8 hours). My husband and I were amazed at how this young man was able to safely and effectively remove two garage doors and install two new ones with electronic door openers and a new keypad. Throughout the day Mike cleaned up after every step in the process to the point where our garage was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived! It was obvious that Mike takes great pride in his work and is a subject matter expert when it comes to garage doors. His customer service was exceptional; he explained everything to us and ensured before he left that we understood the safe operation of each door, the openers, the keypad, and how to contact TGS if we had any questions. We are thrilled with the results of this job and would highly recommend TGS Garages & Doors (the doors are beautiful) and specifically Mike. I was browsing Angie's list for Garage Door repair companies when I came across TGS garage Doors. After reading great reviews, I decided to give them a call. They are absolutely great, not only very competent in what they do, but great to accommodate emergency appointments. When your garage door stops working and you have 2 little kids, you just want it to be fixed right away. I had them come over 3 times for 3 different services. First replace the motor. They installed a great motor, very silent, much better quality than what I had before. Then I had to replace a spring from the door. I end up getting a whole new kit with new rollers, new springs, etc. Again, high quality hardware. Then I had to get a screw replaced in a snow day. They were able to get someone to fix my door at the same day. Once they do the job, you can trust it will not break again. One of the reasons that I love Angie's list is that we are able to connect with great contractors. I definitively recommend TGS Garage Doors.

Charlie and his team did an amazing job on my new garage doors. I had to get them replaced after we had someone back into them and badly damage the doors. They did an amazing job and even replaced them with nicer ones then I originally had. He was very professional and clean. He was extremely flexible, which for me is a must since this is a funeral home and things do need to get done at odd hours. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the job down quietly so not to disturb any funerals that were going on, which was very important to me. The garage doors came out perfectly and I will only be using him from now on in the future for all garage doors and doors!

TGS Garage Doors has exceptional customer service. My wife and I had just purchased a house that need a little work. The old garage door was partially broken, and didn't match the new vinyl siding on the house. TGS worked around our busy schedules. They also got the job done quicker, and charged less than the other companies that provided estimates. The new garage door is beautiful, and it matches the siding perfectly.
