"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Our neighbors used Empire and were thrilled, we visited their showroom and reviewed the granite slabs but didn't find the perfect stone. They recommended several wholesalers so we visited one and found the perfect slabs. Empire came out and measured, we had sinks shipped to them and once fabricated they set up an installation date. The guys worked late to get the countertops installed, worked through a difficult cooktop and downdraft install but it all fit! Thank you. About a week later we decided on adding a matching backsplash and they obtained the slab, went out and measured (we provided remote access) fabricated the backsplash and set an installation date. We are thrilled with the countertops and everyone from Empire. Thank you and don't hesitate to use Empire for your needs."
