how could you be a roofer, but NOT do flat roofs??? Did not respond to my request until almost a week later

Did not show up to install. I cancelled contract there after.

Great they knew I had a leak and scheduled me in as fast as possible. They worked safely and quickly to get the job done. Roof looks great and first hard rain today and no issues.

part edge of roof not covered took them one month to come back and fix it.dumpster damage the garage door took 6months to have it fixed I gave up and fixed it myself.

From Brian the salesman to Debra the scheduler and Joe the foreman, it was an overall pleasant experience to work with them and they gave us a very reasonable price. There were no issues with scheduling or punctuality, they came on time and finished the job in one day. All questions we had were answered and we would use them again.

It was the best price. I priced with 5 other people. Their response was terrible. I had a problem with their response time. It took them 2-3 weeks to get back to me. The salesman made all the promises in the world but by the time the workers showed up or did something, there was a big gap in that. My first impression of them was that they were the best. I went to 5 different companies.

Great! They did a thorough inspection, found the source of the leak and fixed it.

Good products available, "B" for punctuality as contract indicated that they would communicate directly with gutter installer to work together & this proved challenging. Overall, would recommend.

John is exceptional, if i can give him A+, i would. He is nice and trustworthy. We had a 29 year old roof replaced at my house and put in 3 new skylights, not only Johns pricing came out to be the best, he is very professional. We had made some minor changes since we put in the work order and was OK to accommodate the changes. I will highly recommend John and Fortified Roofing. Do not look anywhere else, just call john @ fortified roofing

Did not use, Never hired, no work done. Why do I have to fill out sections that are not applicable when the provider was not used?!!

The folks that showed up had truck said "Storm-master Gutters" not Fortified Roofing so that mixed me up. All went well the three gentleman who showed at the appointed hour were polite and courteous. They efficiently removed the three old gutters and "measured thrice and cut once" ensuring a great fit. They left no mess and the gutter system is a marked improvement over the old and they were done start to finish in about an hour. My only regret was is that I did not use the entire 100' linear in gutters. I wish they flagged me that I could have replaced one additional run. But that is my fault. The seamless gutter system is fabulous and it was remarkable to watch these craftsmen at work.

Great! Very professional and reliable. My only advice is to read the fine print.

fortified replaced our roof approx. 1 year ago. there was an existing skylight in the kitchen that was just installed. fortified assured us there would be no problem with the roof or skylight. after numerous heavy rains, we noticed a leak in our ceiling. my wife called fortified and they fit us into their schedule. job was just completed and we are very satisfied with the quality and response in fixing our problem

Roofers showed up at 7AM and were all done by 3PM. I was amazed! The property was spotless! I was very satisfied with all aspects of my dealing with Fortified Roofing. They used top quality materials and the workmanship was outstanding. I plan on being in my house for at least another 30 years and I am very confident that I will not have any roof problems thanks to the great job done by this company.

Initial work was done in 2013. I was satisfied with initial work. We had a small leak recently after an awful storm. They were out the day after we called to fix the issue. Very happy with promptness in service. It's nice to see they stand behind their work.

Dealing with Fortified Roofing was an absolute pleasure! I had been dealing with a roof leak for quite some time. Attempts were made by several others to repair the leak without any success. Eventually I decided to call Fortified for an estimate. Right from the beginning, the experience was different than any other that I had had with any construction company in the past. Fortified came to my house and addressed all of my needs. I was asked by Fortified's representative what was important to me?? This is a questions that no one has ever asked me when doing work on my home! I was very impressed. The construction permit for the work was secured in only 1 day and the work was scheduled in less than a week. All of the work was completed in 1 day and the clean up of all of the mess was done remarkably well! Fortified Roofing charged me exactly what was on the estimate, they did not try and nickle and dime me for every little thing like some other companies have done to me in the past. There is nothing bad that I can say about this company and I would without a doubt refer them to anyone who needs roof work done on their home!

The company was extremely slow to get the work started despite being initially told the job would be completed in two weeks. After waiting months for the work to get started they had series of no-shows on days they said they would arrive. They finally showed up on a random day and completed the roof. They were very quick in removing the old roof and installing the new one. They completed this in less than a day. There were some workmanship issues with the roof which the company did come back out and addressed theses issue. The siding installation also was slow to be completed. The company did a good job of putting the siding on the house but finishing touches were terrible. Mounting blocks were not used for the exterior lights. The two door bells that were replaced were secured with mismatched ransom hardware. On the garage, the exterior opened was mounted extremely high and crooked. These were minor issues. However during the siding install the company damage existing stucco in multiple places. After brining this issue to their attention an extremely poor repair was attempted by the company. The company used grey stucco when the rest of the stucco work is white. They suggested I paint it. My stucco is not painted, it's naturally white. This repair job remains a major eyesore.

Very quick and professional. Roof had a leak and decided to replace entire roof. Employees started at 7:30 and were done by 4. Care was taken to not damage any of my property. Very pleased with the final outcome and no mess left behind. Will use Fortified for any future roofing needs.

The Great American Roof Company installed a new roof, single layer of shingles on the existing deck in 2011. I still find the occasional roofing nail on the property and in the gutters. In 2014 there was a leak around one of the exhaust fans that was not sealed properly, causing a water leak and ceiling damage. The company explained that they only give a 1 yr service contract for their installation. They would have to charge a nonrefundable $175 service charge to come out and survey the issue. Certainly, a quality installation should be leak free for longer than 12 months imho. Generally, I find that a contractor that won't at least come out and look at a problem that is directly related to their work, especially on a 12k invoice, within a few years, is not dependable. Performing a courtesy visit to try and determine if the service was in fact faulty would have been the honorable thing to do. For that reason, I have to rate this company a D. I will find a new roofer to inspect rather than pay the original that is responsible for the leak in the first place.

Very happy with these folks and the job they did. The new roof and gutters look great. The only issue was the fact that the roofing job resulted in considerable debris coming into our attic area. That had more to do with the construction of our roof decking than anything that these guys did. Based on our experince, if you are going to have a new roof put on and you have an open attic, cover up anything that that you don't want covered with debis.

Great American Roofing did an average job on our roof. There were a few problems. For one thing, no one spoke English and there was no supervisor there. They left shingles and nails behind. One of the crew also left a work belt on top of the roof and never came back for it. They did respond and return when the roof leaked and got that fixed.

They were both extremely professional and concerned about doing the right thing. The work was done on time, exactly as promised. There was no evidence they had done work, except for the repaired section. They were very tidy.

We were totally happy with Great American Roofing. They couldn't have done a better job. The workers were all professional and courteous. It was a good overall experience.
