+ -1 moreThey are not punctual and they have no clue of what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They really are bad. He showed up after three days and I had been waiting. He looked around for an hour and he didn't know what was wrong. He said he would send someone the next day and know one showed. He gave his cell number to us and we called him. He told him we shouldn't bother him on his phone. He is really horrible.
Description of Work: They fixed our air conditioning system.

+ -1 moreI FELT THAT THIS WORK SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY WITH THE COMPANY. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE PART THEY REPLACED WOULD NOT BE COVERED, AND MADE ME PAY FOR IT. I WAS NOT HAPPY.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY REPLACED A ZONE VALVE IN MY FURNACE.
