Champion Septic

Would have given ZERO stars if allowed Would never recommend. did not begin work until 3 weeks after promised date. Killed multiple trees on property Did not properly grade the yard, now it floods Did not provide copy of health inspection Did not provide copy of warranty, which was not even known to customer that there was one until there was an issue Septic cover was leaking 4 months after install. Company came out to check - advised filter needed to be cleaned. Customer was NEVER made aware of any filters on unit or what routine maintenance needed to be performed on the system Company then tried to charge customer for a service fee to perform maintenance that was never explained to customer Company then threatened to void warranty if service call was not paid for. After requesting multiple times for a copy of said warranty, company refused to provide.

I've been using Champion for years. It was "All in One Septic" until a few years ago. They've always been punctual and the cost fair. Prior to them I used Russel-Reid, and Champion had better prices. I called this morning at 9:30 AM and wanted to schedule an appointment. The young lady said they were pretty much open and asked when did I want an appointment. She said that they were available today if I so desired. I agreed and said I'd be home all day. By 11:00 AM the tank had been pumped and done. The tech who pumped my tank was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He fielded many of my questions and seemed glad to do it. He didn't leave until he was satisfied that the septic tank was on right and had a good seal, tamping dirt down around the perimeter. Certainly will use them again.

In both cases they quickly assessed the problem and took care of it as soon as possible. When a little communication lapse occurred for this last problem, they went out of their way to work me in to the schedule to take care of things.

He was responsive, prompt and came on time. His truck was leaking oil and he put a mat down under the oil drip to protect my driveway. He did the work pretty quickly and his pricing was good. The quality of his work was very good and I was satisfied with his service.

All In One couldn't have been any better. This was a big project and they handled it with professionalism and thoroughness. They did not leave our house in a mess and were careful of our belongings. This is a very high end septic system and we are very happy with it.
