We have them on a seasonal basis so they come out from spring to fall.

When I got the thing about renewing, I was very unhappy about my lawn because it used to be gorgeous and now it's not, and their prices have gone up. They said that it was because we had a very hot summer and I didn?t water frequently and I didn't order extra services for different kinds of bugs and things like that. They actually reduced the price and then I got a call from an affiliate of theirs for a new sprinkler system but I haven't gotten back to him yet. He was very nice and he gave me a better price and he gave me some suggestions and said he will work with me. I have learned that if you tell the truth and speak up and you are not nasty that most people will be cooperative. A lot of these problems I have had are because there is not a man in the house you get taken advantage of if you deal with a man and if you are a woman. I may not have done my part in maintenance of the lawn so part of this might be my fault; I didn't do the minimum that they asked me to do. I think their price is fair. Considering what I went for I think it was fine. I didn't follow some of the recommendations so I can't really take issue. I didn't want to spend more money so I guess I got what I paid for. Every time they come they hit you with something else, if you only did this it would be better, if you added that, if you put down lime, if you put down Boll Weevil control, so it goes from a $400 job to a $1,000 job. And that is true about everything that you buy. I went to buy a new laptop computer today and the price was great, and then they said you need a $100 key to down load the software and then you need the $100 setup so that this won't appear and that won't appear. So the price is never the price you see the price is $200 more than the price. It is always the base price and there are always caveats and exceptions and that's how they get you. I am a speech therapist and this is what you get and you don't pay me until it's over. I think I am fair, and I want to help people. Yes, I will use them again in the future.
