Carlos and his team did a great job on my kitchen remodel. It ended up being a bigger job than anticipated, but they were able to handle all of the extra work that my old house needed without blowing out the budget. I really appreciated that they kept me in the loop when surprises cropped up, and walked me through possible solutions. Would definitely recommend!

Carlos was very professional, he did a rendering to show us exactly what he planned to do. Would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. He was not the cheapest but he was the most professional which is why he got the job.

work was fine in the beginning but the work was not completed correctly. Example, i paid to have a floor and sub floor fixed on 2 parts of the house and they were not fixed. On 1 side where the wood floor was laid, the floor creeks due to the subfloor not being properly fastened. On the 2nd section where tiles were laid, all the grout has cracked cause of shifting from uneven floors. I have had to contact a real floor person to look at the work and end up telling me that the tiles were laid on a floor that was not set. Another Gripe i have about the work was they cut up alot of my moldings and left them broken thinking we wont see it.

Carlos Saldana gave a fair price and did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional and polite. I have since given them additional projects due to their work ethic.

Carlos responded to my first voicemail quickly. He set up a meetng for a walk through to conduct the estimate timely. He provided two work men to complete the job as quickly as possible. The men worked quickly and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what my expectations were. Carlos was on site twice to oversee their work and make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely call on their services in the future.

He removed the bedroom carpet and installed a new wood floor. He did a beautiful job with the floor and trim. He even came back the following day to readjust the closet doors that were now scraping the new floor. We are so happy with our project we look forward to using his services again.

We had Hard Wood Floors installed in our Living room & Dining room. Saldana Construction did a magnificent job, I could not be more pleased, the right price, came when they were suppose too and were very professional. I will defintely use them for my next project and would recommend them 100%.
